Installation and day-one setup
Fit check
Install the case firmly with even pressure across the corners. Then run a quick perimeter check: press lightly around the buttons, camera area, and bottom ports to ensure nothing flexes or sits uneven.
If it feels “stuck” in one corner, remove it and reseat. Forcing it can stress the frame and cause alignment issues for magnets.

Dust, residue, or squeak at the seams
