What the reported deal actually means
The television is Samsung’s 2025 65-inch The Frame LS03F. Samsung’s US product page identifies the model as QN65LS03FAFXZA and describes it as a QLED TV with a One Connect Box: Samsung’s product page.

Bright rooms and an art-first look
WIRED’s assessment is that the matte, anti-reflective-coated screen makes displayed paintings look less like a glossy screensaver and that the TV gets bright enough for naturally lit rooms. That makes it a plausible fit for someone who wants a television to blend into a bright living space when it is not being watched. These are editorial observations, not independent lab measurements.

Dark-room movie viewing
WIRED also says dark scenes can look lackluster in a dark room because local dimming and black-and-gray contrast are limited. If cinematic contrast in a light-controlled room is the priority, compare other TVs before choosing The Frame for its appearance alone.
Art access is separate from the TV purchase
WIRED reported 30 free rotating images and a $5-per-month subscription for access to more than 5,000 Art Store images. Samsung’s product page says a subscription is required for all Art Store artwork; it also describes 30 refreshed artworks monthly through Art Store Streams and more than 70 complimentary ambient-content items throughout the year. The free and complimentary content is distinct from full Art Store access, and Samsung’s current subscription terms should be checked before purchase.

How it compares with the newer Frame Pro
The LS03F is the 2025 standard Frame, while The Frame Pro is the newer 2026 tier discussed by WIRED. WIRED describes the Pro as having an enhanced anti-reflective screen and an improved external One Connect box, but its deal coverage does not provide a detailed side-by-side technical test. Treat those as stated product differences, not proof that the Pro is better for every room or viewer.
