On a Samsung tablet running One UI 7, you can resize app icons at Settings > Home screen > App and widget style, then drag the app-size slider. Resizing changes how large the icons appear; it does not replace their artwork. Custom artwork options depend on your tablet, software version, and region.

Does changing icon size change the artwork?
No. The One UI 7 slider controls icon size; Samsung’s instructions do not describe it as a way to replace the icon image. Size and artwork are separate customization options.
Samsung Canada says Galaxy Themes is compatible with select phones, not tablets, in its Galaxy tablet customization guidance. That is a Canada-specific statement, not a guarantee about every market or device. The official guidance cited here does not establish one custom-art procedure that works on all Samsung tablets. Check your tablet’s local support information and available settings rather than assuming Galaxy Themes will provide tablet icon packs.

Other ways to customize the tablet Home screen
If your aim is to make the Home screen easier to scan, you can also adjust its layout or organize shortcuts. Samsung’s tablet guidance describes entering edit mode by touching and holding an empty area of the Home screen. To add an app shortcut, swipe up to open Apps, touch and hold an app, then choose Add to Home. You can also use Home screen settings to adjust layout, and organize apps into folders or add widgets. Portrait and landscape layouts on supported tablets
Samsung UK says supported Galaxy tablets on One UI 7 can use different Home screen layouts for portrait and landscape. Its examples include portrait grids of 6×8 or 6×10 and landscape grids of 8×6 or 10×6. Those are examples, not options guaranteed on every tablet: availability depends on the model and specifications, and can also vary by region and software version.
