Which phone is the better fit?
Choose the Galaxy S25 if you want a compact phone
At 162g with a 6.2-inch screen, the S25 is substantially smaller and lighter than the OnePlus 15. That makes it the more appropriate pick if carrying comfort and one-handed handling matter more to you than having a larger display.
Consider the OnePlus 15 for its larger screen and gaming refresh rate
The OnePlus 15’s display measures 6.78 inches, and OnePlus specifies adaptive refresh up to 120Hz for ordinary use and up to 165Hz in gaming. The S25’s listed adaptive range is 1–120Hz. The higher gaming maximum is a specification, not proof that every game will use it or that gaming performance will be better in every situation.

Read battery capacity as capacity, not runtime
OnePlus lists a 7,300mAh battery, compared with Samsung’s 4,000mAh typical capacity. Those figures establish a capacity difference, not how long either phone lasts in everyday use. Screen size, software, workloads, and other factors affect runtime; the cited manufacturer materials do not provide comparable independent battery tests.

Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Compare camera hardware, not assumed photo quality
The S25 has a 10MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom; OnePlus lists a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5× optical zoom. Both list a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, while their ultrawide cameras are listed at 12MP for Samsung and 50MP for OnePlus. Sensor resolution and zoom specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photographs. A reliable image-quality verdict requires comparable independent testing.

What the specifications cannot settle
The manufacturer information establishes the listed US configurations, prices, dimensions, display specifications, battery capacities, charging rates, and camera hardware. It does not establish current retailer checkout prices, comparative battery endurance, camera results, or sustained gaming performance. Choose between them based on the differences that are documented—especially size, storage-adjusted price, and hardware—and consult independent tests for performance claims.
