Which has the bigger battery, and what about charging?
OnePlus states a typical 7,400mAh battery capacity for the 15R; Samsung states 4,000mAh typical capacity for the S24. That is a substantial capacity difference, but battery capacity is not the same as measured day-to-day endurance.
OnePlus advertises 80W SUPERVOOC charging and says the 15R can go from 1% to 50% in around 23 minutes. That timing comes from OnePlus laboratory conditions using its official 80W adapter with the screen off. Samsung lists up to 28 hours of video playback for the S24. The companies’ figures use different methods, so they are not a direct battery-life comparison.

The compared OnePlus 15R configuration lists a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide, with no dedicated telephoto camera. This is a meaningful hardware distinction if you often photograph distant subjects; it does not, by itself, prove which phone takes better photos in every setting. The front-camera listings are 12MP for Samsung and 32MP for OnePlus, but megapixel counts alone do not determine selfie quality.

How do the compared memory and storage configurations differ?
The India S24 configuration in the comparison has 8GB RAM, while the compared 15R listing shows 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Samsung’s India product page cited for this comparison specifies an 8GB/128GB model. Make sure you compare the same storage tier before buying: a price difference between unlike configurations can give a misleading impression of value.
