Which phone has the better display?
On the listed numbers, Xiaomi has the larger panel (17.34 cm versus 16.91 cm) and higher resolution (1280 × 2772 versus 1080 × 2340). Both manufacturers list refresh rates of up to 120 Hz. Those figures establish the size and pixel-count differences, not which screen looks brighter or more accurate; no independent display comparison is available here.

What do the chipset and memory figures tell you?
The M47’s cited India configuration pairs Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Xiaomi lists Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 and 8 GB RAM, with 128 GB or 256 GB storage choices. Because there is no comparable benchmark or hands-on test established for these two models, the chipset names and clock speeds are not enough to call one faster. Check the precise storage variant and local configuration before buying.
How do the cameras differ?
Samsung lists three rear cameras—50 MP, 5 MP and 2 MP—with OIS on the rear camera, plus a 12 MP front camera. It lists UHD 4K recording at 30 fps. Xiaomi lists a 50 MP OIS main rear camera and an 8 MP ultrawide, a 16 MP front camera, and rear video up to 1080p at 30 fps on its specifications page.

Does the Redmi’s battery capacity mean longer battery life?
Xiaomi lists a 9,000 mAh typical battery and 67 W charging; the 67 W charger appears in its box contents. Samsung lists a 6,000 mAh typical battery and 45 W fast charging, and says its fast charger is sold separately. The Redmi’s listed capacity and charging power are higher, but they do not establish comparative screen-on time or charging duration. No like-for-like battery test is available here.
