91mobiles listed the Galaxy M36 at ₹21,999 and the Moto G57 Power at ₹20,999 on its comparison page, accessed October 7, 2026. Smartprix showed the same prices and says its price details were last updated September 25, 2026. Display and size: AMOLED versus LCD
91mobiles lists the M36 with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel at 1080 × 2340 and 120 Hz. Its comparison lists the Moto with a 6.72-inch LCD at 1080 × 2400 and 120 Hz; Motorola’s India support page confirms the Moto’s 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD and 120 Hz refresh rate. Both are specified for high-refresh-rate scrolling, while the panel technologies differ: AMOLED can switch off individual pixels, which enables deep blacks, whereas LCD uses a backlight. That is a technology distinction, not a measured verdict on these phones’ brightness or color accuracy.
The Moto’s listed screen is marginally larger, but the M36 is listed as lighter and thinner: 197 g and 7.7 mm versus 210.6 g and 8.6 mm for the Moto. The M36 measurements come from 91mobiles; Motorola confirms the Moto’s dimensions and weight. 91mobiles comparison; Motorola India specifications.

Battery and charging: the Moto has more capacity
91mobiles lists the M36 with a 5,000 mAh battery and 25 W charging. Motorola’s official India specifications list the Moto G57 Power with a 7,000 mAh battery and 33 W TurboPower charging. The comparison page lists the Moto at 30 W, so its charging-rate figure conflicts with Motorola’s specification; 33 W is the official figure cited here. Memory and performance: check the exact M36 configuration
The compared M36 configuration is listed with 6 GB RAM and an Exynos 1380 processor. 91mobiles also lists M36 variants with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM, so the compared 6 GB figure should not be treated as the only option. Motorola specifies 8 GB RAM for the Moto G57 Power, which is listed with a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4. Camera hardware: similar main-camera resolution, different extras
91mobiles lists a 50 MP main rear camera and an 8 MP ultrawide camera for both phones. It also lists a 2 MP macro camera on the M36, while Motorola identifies the Moto’s 50 MP main camera as a Sony LYTIA 600 sensor. For selfies, the comparison lists 13 MP on the M36 and 8 MP on the Moto.
