What cameras does the HONOR 400 Pro have?
Rear cameras
The rear system combines a 200MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. HONOR specifies a 1/1.4-inch sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS) for the main camera. The telephoto camera uses a Sony customized IMX856 sensor and has 3x optical zoom and OIS. The ultra-wide camera has a stated 112° field of view. These figures describe hardware; megapixel counts alone do not establish image quality.

Front camera
The front camera is listed as a 50MP portrait selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. HONOR also promotes AI imaging and editing tools, but availability may depend on region, language, software and connectivity.

How good is the display on paper?
HONOR lists a 2800 × 1280 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and 5000 nits of peak HDR brightness. The 5000-nit figure is a peak HDR claim, not a stated sustained full-screen brightness. These specifications do not by themselves establish how the display performs in every viewing condition.
What battery capacity and charging does it support?
Battery capacity depends on the market information
HONOR’s Global product page advertises a 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery. The company’s May 22, 2025 European launch announcement states 5300mAh for the HONOR 400 series. The available information does not resolve whether the difference reflects regional models or another SKU distinction. Check the local product page or the exact model listing for the handset being considered. HONOR’s Malaysia specification page notes that actual capacity may vary slightly above or below nominal capacity, but it does not reconcile the larger regional difference.

Charging claims
The Global product page advertises up to 100W wired and 50W wireless HONOR SuperCharge. Those ratings do not establish that a charger is included in every regional box or specify compatibility with every third-party charger.
How durable is the HONOR 400 Pro?
HONOR states that the phone has IP68 and IP69 water resistance and promotes a five-star SGS drop-and-crush resistance claim. These are not guarantees that a device cannot be damaged. They should not be read as a promise of warranty coverage for water, drops or crushing; consult the applicable local warranty terms for that.

Which memory and software features are listed?
The Global page promotes a 12GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration. That does not establish it as the only configuration available in every country, so check local listings for the options sold there.
HONOR promotes AI Image to Video, AI editing features, Google Gemini and Live Translation. Its 2025 launch announcement describes image-to-video use of Veo 2 on Google Cloud Vertex AI. Feature availability may vary by region, language, software version and connectivity; the published material does not establish that every feature is available to every owner.

When did the HONOR 400 Pro launch?
HONOR announced the 400 series on May 22, 2025. Its announcement said UK series availability began that day through HONOR UK and named France, Italy, Germany and Spain among European markets. The release also gave £399.99 in the UK and €449.9 in Europe as starting prices for the series. Those were historical series launch prices, not current prices or confirmed prices for the Pro model.
What should you verify before comparing or buying?
- Confirm the battery capacity and exact model number for your country, since HONOR’s published figures differ between the Global page and European announcement.
- Check local listings for available RAM and storage configurations.
- Confirm current price, stock, seller and box contents locally; the cited launch prices are not current quotes.
- Check whether the AI features you want are available in your region and language.
- Compare camera hardware, display resolution and refresh rate, charging, ingress-protection ratings and local price rather than treating one specification as a complete measure of real-world performance.
