Samsung’s launch prices were ₹10,499 for 4GB/64GB, ₹11,499 for 4GB/128GB and ₹12,999 for 6GB/128GB. Those are historical launch prices—not confirmed prices for 4 October 2026. Samsung’s official sources do not establish the phone’s current street price or availability.
Samsung Galaxy A06 5G price in India
Samsung announced these prices in India on 19 February 2025. Check a current retailer listing for today’s price and stock, and confirm that the listing is for the 5G model rather than the similarly named LTE Galaxy A06.

Display, processor and 5G connectivity
The HD+ display is described by Samsung as a 6.7-inch class screen, measured diagonally at 17.13cm across the full rectangle. Rounded corners and the camera cutout mean the viewable area is smaller. Its stated 90Hz scrolling rate is a display specification, not a guarantee that every app or game will run at that rate.

The phone uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 processor. Samsung lists support for up to 12 5G bands; that does not guarantee identical band support, coverage or speeds in every market. Actual connectivity depends on the regional model, carrier, network conditions and location. Samsung’s launch description of a “great 5G experience” is a company statement, not an independent network test.
Cameras, battery and charging
At the back are a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera; the front camera is 8MP. These figures describe camera hardware, not image quality in particular conditions. No independent camera test or benchmark is established here.

Samsung specifies a 5,000mAh typical battery capacity and a 4,855mAh rated minimum. It supports 25W fast charging, but Samsung says the 25W wall charger is sold separately. Battery capacity does not establish real-world endurance, which varies with usage and conditions.

Durability, security and software support
Samsung lists an IP54 rating. This is not a claim that the phone is waterproof. The launch announcement also names Knox Vault, while cautioning that Knox Vault features or architecture on A-series phones can differ from those on flagship devices.

At launch, Samsung committed to four generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates. That is the original support commitment, not a verified schedule of updates remaining for a particular handset. Samsung’s support page lists Android 15 and Android 16 user manuals, but manuals alone do not confirm the software version installed on an individual phone or its rollout status.

The launch announcement lists Black, Gray and Light Green; Samsung’s product page refers to Light Gray. Colour names and availability can vary by listing and market. Check the exact model and configuration before ordering, especially to distinguish the Galaxy A06 5G from the LTE Galaxy A06.
