The filing, dated September 30, 2026 according to IPOPlatform’s October 1, 2026 report, is an early step—not confirmation that the offer has regulatory approval, will open, or will result in a listing. The draft describes an EPC contractor with reported FY2026 revenue from operations of ₹471.42 crore, but the offer price and launch calendar were not established in the cited report.
What the DRHP filing means
A DRHP is a preliminary offer document: it sets out the company’s business, financial information, proposed offer and risks for review. It is not a completed IPO or assurance of approval, fundraising or listing. IPOPlatform reported the September 30, 2026 filing and proposed NSE Emerge platform. Its report said the price band would be available after DRHP approval; it did not establish an issue size, price band, opening date, subscription details or listing outcome. What Sabari Constructions does
The company describes itself as an integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and infrastructure turnkey contractor. Its reported design-and-build work spans healthcare, hotels and hospitality, residential, education, railways, industrial and commercial projects. It also reports manufacturing concrete blocks and ready-mix concrete, with facilities in Coimbatore and Chennai. These are company and filing descriptions summarized by IPOPlatform and reproduced in Sangri Times Spotlight’s October 3, 2026 press-release reproduction, rather than an independent assessment of the business.
#1 Best Overall
The company’s reported history begins as a partnership in 1998, followed by conversion to a private limited company in 2011 and adoption of its current name in August 2026. Those dates are reported by IPOPlatform. The company says it undertakes government EPC work through tenders and has expanded its operations from one state in FY2012 to ten states by FY2026. The press-release reproduction describes counterparties across government departments, metro rail corporations, public-sector undertakings and private-sector organisations.
Reported projects and order book
IPOPlatform reported an order book of 19 projects as of March 31, 2026. Examples named in the reporting include redevelopment of Rameswaram Railway Station through Sabari URC JV, JIPMER Karaikal Hospital in Puducherry, and Regional Institute of Education/NCERT building and campus works in Andhra Pradesh. It also mentions a metro-station construction project. The report says the Rameswaram station redevelopment was 96.66% complete as of the DRHP date.
Rank #2
An order-book count is not, by itself, a forecast of revenue or cash collection. The underlying DRHP definition and project-by-project status should be consulted to establish what contract value remains to be executed, what work is complete, and the timing and conditions for recognizing revenue. Project awards can also face execution, payment and schedule risks.

Financial figures summarized from the filing
The following values are in ₹ crore and are IPOPlatform’s summary of prospectus financial highlights, not independent estimates. The cited summary does not establish accounting basis or whether any figures were restated; readers should use the DRHP’s financial statements and notes for those details.
| Metric (₹ crore) | FY2024 | FY2025 | FY2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue from operations | 181.91 | 297.59 | 471.42 |
| EBITDA | 27.83 | 46.69 | 97.28 |
| Profit after tax (PAT) | 11.19 | 24.66 | 56.62 |
| Assets | 207.56 | 264.65 | 388.31 |
| Net worth | 40.26 | 64.93 | 121.56 |
IPOPlatform’s October 1, 2026 report gives these values as rounded prospectus figures. A company press-release reproduction dated October 3 gives FY2026 revenue of ₹47,142.25 lakh, EBITDA of ₹9,728.64 lakh and PAT of ₹5,662.67 lakh, which broadly correspond to the rounded crore values above. This agreement does not replace checking the prospectus tables and notes.
Proposed use of IPO proceeds
IPOPlatform’s summary says ₹30 crore is proposed for working capital and that general corporate purposes are also listed. The available report does not establish the final allocation or full final offer terms. The proposed uses should therefore be read as draft disclosures, not completed financing or a guarantee about how much capital will ultimately be raised.

The issuer’s DRHP, as surfaced in SEBI’s public-issues filing material, discloses two earlier draft proposals for NSE Emerge: filings dated February 7, 2011 and June 5, 2017. The company says those proposals were withdrawn because of unfavourable market conditions and states there is no assurance the current offer will proceed. The same extract identifies adverse macroeconomic conditions as a risk to the business, results and financial condition. These are issuer disclosures, not a prediction that the current filing will be withdrawn.

- Price and timing: IPOPlatform reported that price-band details would follow DRHP approval; the cited material gives no established issue calendar.
- Execution: a project pipeline is subject to delivery, collection and other project-specific risks; an order-book count alone does not assure future revenue.
- Financial interpretation: use the filing’s restated financial statements and notes to assess accounting basis, margins, debt and cash flows. Do not rely on the secondary summary as a substitute.
IPOPlatform’s debt table contains a conspicuous FY2025 entry of ₹10,690 crore, far out of line with its adjacent-year figures. That value should not be used without checking the DRHP; it is not reproduced here.
