What unlocks at player Level 35?
The Mall unlocks at player Level 35, according to the Atari Help Center. It is a Main Park landmark where you can purchase cards with Coins and Hearts. Its selection refreshes daily; you can also pay Tickets to refresh it sooner.

What level unlocks Scenario Park?
Scenario Park unlocks at player Level 60. Atari describes it as a challenge mode with Bronze, Silver, and Gold goals. Possible rewards include Medals, Aqua Coins, Tickets, Experience, and Ride Skins, as detailed in the Atari Help Center.
- Only one Scenario can be active at a time.
- You can replay a Scenario, but each goal’s reward can be claimed only once.
- Scenario Park cards are temporary and differ from Main Park cards in their statistics and upgrade requirements, so a Scenario may call for a different park-building approach.

How can you make progress toward new content?
Atari’s official game page and its game announcement identify leveling up, completing missions, and using the Card Shop as ways to collect cards. The Netflix Help Center also says missions can award coins, Tickets, and cards. Scenario Park can award Experience as well. These are documented progression loops, not evidence that one activity is the fastest way to gain levels; the sources do not establish an XP-per-hour strategy.

How many levels does each card have?
Card upgrade levels do not indicate your player level or unlock milestones. Atari’s card help article lists these maximum upgrade levels by rarity:

These are card upgrade caps, not the maximum player level. Some special cards, including Trophies, do not upgrade like ordinary cards; Atari says a card without a gauge at the bottom cannot be upgraded.

Is there a complete player-level unlock list?
The cited official pages verify the Mall at Level 35 and Scenario Park at Level 60, but do not provide a complete player-level unlock table, XP requirements, or a maximum player level. Treat those two milestones as confirmed examples rather than a full progression chart. Rules may differ between game editions or platforms; check the help information for the edition you play, particularly if you use the Netflix version.
