Its official “Ball Throwing” trailer promotes that broad concept, but the cited official materials do not document the clip’s exact throws, controls or capture rules. The global release is not dated yet: the game is accepting pre-registrations, its Quack Quack closed test is scheduled for October 27, 2026, and Steam lists it as “Coming soon.”
What is Roco Kingdom?
Roco Kingdom: World, usually presented globally as Roco Kingdom, is a fantasy open-world RPG in which players explore a magical environment, meet collectible creatures called Jinies, build a team and take part in battles. The official website describes social interaction, fair player-versus-player play and more than 400 unique Jinies roaming wild. Its marketing frames the project as “A NEW EVOLUTION OF OPEN-WORLD CREATURE-COLLECTING GAMES.”

That makes the game Pokémon-like in its basic premise—discovering, collecting and battling creatures—but the official positioning emphasizes a persistent open world and social features rather than a purely route-based adventure. The available materials do not establish that it uses Pokémon’s rules, naming conventions or battle system.
What the “Ball Throwing” trailer confirms—and what it does not
The trailer is an official promotional video for the game’s exploration, creature-collection and battle fantasy. Its title suggests a capture moment, but authoritative pages supplied for the game do not separately describe the “Ball Throwing” sequence. Without a verified transcript or direct confirmation of the footage, it would be inaccurate to claim a particular throw animation, aiming method, success rate, control layout or item system.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The safe takeaway is that the video supports the game’s central collection loop: find Jinies in the world, interact with them and bring them into your journey. Specific mechanics remain subject to the playable test and later launch information.

How Roco Kingdom currently compares with the creature-collecting formula
| Question | What is established |
|---|---|
| How many creatures? | More than 400 unique Jinies are advertised. |
| Is the world open? | Yes. Open-world exploration is a central official feature. |
| Are there social systems? | Yes. Social play is listed; exact activities are not fully specified. |
| Is there PvP? | Yes. The publisher advertises fair PvP, while detailed rules remain unstated. |
| Can it be played globally now? | Not as a confirmed full launch. Pre-registration and a scheduled closed test are available. |
| Is the ball-throwing mechanic documented? | No. The trailer title alone does not establish controls or capture behavior. |
Bottom line for prospective players
Roco Kingdom is shaping up as a large-scale, social creature-collecting RPG with an advertised roster of 400-plus Jinies and an open world designed for exploration and battles. The “Ball Throwing” trailer communicates that premise, but it is not enough evidence to specify the capture mechanics. With the global version still in pre-registration, the Quack Quack Test scheduled for October 27, 2026, and Steam showing “Coming soon,” the most reliable expectations are the official feature list—not a fixed launch date, final balance or confirmed monetization plan.
