In Ride a Pet, guides report six areas to check for Cherub and Black Hole Eggs: the Giant Tree, the waterfall cave and nearby cliffs, the Forest–Desert border, the Pyramid, and the maze beside the Pyramid. These are search areas, not confirmed live spawns. Start looking when the game announces that an egg has appeared.
Where to search for Cherub and Black Hole Eggs
Recent game guides describe the same broad search areas for both eggs. They do not establish fixed coordinates or guarantee an egg will be waiting at any landmark. Use the announcement that an egg has appeared as your cue, then check the areas below.

Giant Tree
- Go behind the Sell Shop and head to the Giant Tree.
- Climb toward the top and check the small room near the upper part of the tree.
- Check the lower branches as well.
These are reported possible spots, not a verified fixed spawn point. Pro Game Guides’ Cherub Egg guide describes this route.
Waterfall cave and cliffs
- Go behind the Track Shop and follow the river upstream to the waterfall.
- Enter the cave behind the waterfall and search inside.
- Continue to the rear opening and inspect the cliffs around the exit.
The cave and nearby cliffs are reported search areas; the guides do not give exact coordinates. See Pro Game Guides’ Black Hole Egg guide.

How to search more efficiently
Use the appearance announcement
Guides report that the game announces when an egg appears. Treat that message as the start of a search rather than assuming every listed spot contains an egg at all times.

Consider a flying pet for travel
A fast flying pet may make it easier to cross obstacles and move between distant areas. Pro Game Guides recommends the Phoenix, but the available guidance does not include measured speed comparisons or establish it as the fastest option. See the guide’s Phoenix recommendation.

Radar details are not confirmed
Some guides say an Ethereal Radar points toward Ethereal Eggs currently in the world and costs $30,000,000 for one use. Those price and availability details are not confirmed by primary game documentation, so check the current in-game listing before relying on them. Pro Game Guides discusses the radar.
