What is the current construction status of Resort K?
LUX Property Group’s portfolio lists Resort K as a Seminyak development and gives September 2026 as the target for its Stage 1 opening. In an update published 2 June 2026, the developer said fit-out work for the first ground-floor villas was due to start shortly, while the pool deck and café precinct were moving toward completion. Is Resort K the same as Hotel K?
No. They are separate LUX projects. The developer lists Hotel K as completed and operating, while Resort K had a separate Stage 1 opening target of September 2026. Hotel K’s status must not be treated as evidence that Resort K is complete. LUX’s portfolio distinguishes the projects; its Hotel K page lists that development as completed and operating.
What should prospective buyers make of investment claims?
LUX’s homepage promotes projected net returns of 12–18% and a 16.5% leaseback option. These are developer-promoted projections or offer terms, not independently verified operating results. The homepage says its information is general, is not investment advice, and recommends independent professional advice. Prospective buyers should assess the legal, financial, construction and rental-management terms independently rather than treating projected returns as achieved performance. No. A July 2026 ANTARA Bali report described a separate proposed hospitality development in Nusantara and said LUX had been invited to submit further corporate documentation for assessment through a government investment platform. It concerns a proposal outside Bali, not construction or completion at Resort K or LUX Village. Read the ANTARA report.
