This is an app-account connection, not Bluetooth pairing between the scale and Fitbit. If the labels differ in your app, look for Fitbit under Apps, Third party access, or a similar integrations setting. RENPHO’s documentation does not establish one identical menu path for every app version, device, or phone platform.

What data syncs—and in which direction?
RENPHO’s manual lists weight, body fat percentage, and BMI as the Fitbit-bound measurements. It does not establish a sync interval or say that connecting accounts imports all earlier readings, so don’t assume historical measurements will appear automatically.

For the MorphoScan Nova, RENPHO’s RENPHO Health Upgrade FAQ describes third-party syncing as one-way: RENPHO Health can export data to compatible apps such as Fitbit, but does not import third-party data. That statement is specific to the FAQ’s MorphoScan Nova discussion; it should not be treated as a universal description of every RENPHO model.

Moving from the RENPHO app to RENPHO Health
If data went missing during an app transition, RENPHO’s January 25, 2023 migration guidance tells registered users to install RENPHO Health and sign in with the email and password used for their existing RENPHO account. It then recommends reconnecting the device, enabling third-party app access, and checking measurement history. This is published guidance from 2023, not a guarantee for every current account transition.
RENPHO says Guest Mode history cannot be transferred. If history does not transfer between registered accounts, the article recommends contacting RENPHO support.
Review the access request
Before approving the connection, read the permissions shown and decide whether you are comfortable sharing the requested information. RENPHO’s RENPHO Health app FAQ notes that third-party apps have their own privacy policies and practices, so review Fitbit’s terms and privacy information as well.
