Which phones are being compared?
“Redmi Note 14 Pro” is ambiguous. Xiaomi’s global lineup includes a 4G Redmi Note 14 Pro and a separate Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G. They differ in processor, display resolution, battery capacity and ingress rating. The Redmi 15 figures in this comparison are for the global Redmi 15 5G; check your country’s product listing because model versions and configurations can vary.

What the differences mean in everyday use
Battery capacity and screen size
The Redmi 15 5G has the largest stated typical battery, at 7,000mAh, and the largest display, at 6.9 inches. The Note 14 Pro 4G lists 5,500mAh; the Note 14 Pro 5G lists 5,110mAh. Capacity alone does not establish how long a phone lasts in real-world use, because screen, network and workload affect battery life.

Display: larger versus sharper
The Redmi 15 5G combines a larger FHD+ screen with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Both Note models have a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel rated up to 120Hz, and the Note 14 Pro 5G has the highest listed resolution at 2712 × 1220 (1.5K). A higher refresh-rate number does not by itself make one display better: consider screen size, panel type and resolution together.
Camera resolution and stabilization
Xiaomi lists a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) on each Note 14 Pro variant, compared with a 50MP main camera on the Redmi 15 5G. Megapixel count alone cannot show which phone takes better photographs; these specifications are not a controlled camera comparison.

Water and dust resistance ratings
Xiaomi lists IP64 for the Redmi 15 5G and Note 14 Pro 4G, and IP68 for the Note 14 Pro 5G. Xiaomi describes the Note 14 Pro 5G’s IP68 rating as based on laboratory testing under specified conditions; it should not be read as unrestricted water protection. The rating is not a promise that a phone is safe in every exposure or situation.
Charging and what is in the box
The Redmi 15 5G is listed with 33W wired charging, and Xiaomi says its power adapter is not included in the box. Both Note 14 Pro variants list 45W wired charging. Box contents can differ by market, so check the local product listing before buying an adapter or assuming one is included.

Which model should you choose?
- Choose the Redmi 15 5G if a larger screen and the highest listed battery capacity are your main priorities, and an FHD+ display and 50MP main camera meet your needs.
- Consider the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G if you want a 5G model with a 1.5K AMOLED display, a 200MP OIS main camera and the higher listed ingress rating.
- Consider the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G if you are comparing the non-5G Note model: it shares the listed 200MP OIS camera and AMOLED size of the 5G version, but has a different processor, resolution, battery capacity and IP rating.
These are choices based on listed specifications, not a claim that one phone is universally faster, lasts longer in practice or takes better photos. Your local model and configuration matter.

Before comparing prices, match the country and storage tier, then check that seller terms and warranty coverage are equivalent.
