The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G has the stronger listed display, main-camera hardware and charging speed; Redmi Note 15 models list larger batteries. But “Redmi Note 15” can mean either a 4G or 5G phone, so confirm the exact model before comparing specifications or prices.
Which Redmi Note 15 are you comparing?
Xiaomi publishes separate specifications for the Redmi Note 15 5G and Redmi Note 15 4G. They have different processors, battery capacities, charging rates and protection ratings. Check the connectivity label on the local seller’s listing and match it to the model name on Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 15 5G specifications or Redmi Note 15 product page, which covers the base 4G model in the captured page.

What are the practical differences?
Display
The Note 14 Pro+ 5G lists a 2712 × 1220 panel, compared with 2392 × 1080 for both Note 15 versions. The Note 14 Pro+ therefore has more pixels and the sharper listed resolution. The Note 15 4G’s screen is slightly larger at 6.77 inches, versus 6.67 inches for the other two; Xiaomi lists up to 120Hz for the Note 14 Pro+ and Note 15 5G.
Main camera
The Note 14 Pro+ 5G has a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), plus an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro camera. Xiaomi lists a 108MP main camera and 8MP ultra-wide for the Note 15 5G. The 4G page lists a 108MP main camera, but the full configuration should be checked against the regional model. Megapixel counts and OIS are hardware details, not proof of which phone takes better photos.

Battery and charging
The Note 15 5G lists a 5520mAh typical battery and 45W charging; the 4G version lists 6000mAh and 33W. The Note 14 Pro+ 5G lists 5110mAh and 120W HyperCharge. That makes the Note 15 models larger by nominal capacity, while the Pro+ has the highest listed charging rate. Capacity alone does not establish longer real-world runtime. Xiaomi says the Note 14 Pro+ package does not include a power adapter and recommends a 100W PD-compatible or Xiaomi 120W adapter.

The 5G and 4G suffixes identify an important difference, not a minor variant detail. Confirm network compatibility and regional bands with the seller before buying. Xiaomi lists IP68 for the Note 14 Pro+ 5G, IP66 for Note 15 5G and IP64 for Note 15 4G, each subject to the stated product testing and conditions.

What is the price difference?
There is no universal price difference established by these listings. A Xiaomi India store result captured both the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G and Redmi Note 15 5G with a listed price of ₹28,999. The same result showed marketing prices of ₹34,999 and ₹36,999, respectively. Those are time-sensitive India-specific listing figures; the excerpt does not establish that the compared configurations have matching RAM or storage, and it provides no price for the Note 15 4G. Check Xiaomi India’s official store for current local listings and compare the same storage configurations.
Separately, Xiaomi’s January 10, 2025 Redmi Note 14 Series launch announcement gave the Note 14 Pro+ 5G a suggested starting price of USD 449. That is a historical launch MSRP, not a current price or a direct comparison with the Note 15.

Which model should you choose?
- Choose the Note 14 Pro+ 5G for the listed hardware if a higher-resolution display, OIS-equipped 200MP main camera and 120W charging are priorities.
- Consider the Note 15 5G if its listed 5520mAh battery, 5G connectivity, storage option and current local price better fit your needs.
- Consider the Note 15 4G if you are specifically shopping for the 4G model and its listed 6000mAh battery and 33W charging suit your priorities. Do not assume its specifications or price match the 5G version.
Before deciding, compare the exact 4G or 5G model, RAM and storage, local price, included accessories and network compatibility. Xiaomi’s spec sheets do not establish an overall performance winner or comparative real-world battery endurance.
