91mobiles also publishes AnTuTu, Geekbench, and gaming figures, but the comparison does not establish test conditions, software versions, or device variants. Those scores are not a reliable basis for predicting how a specific retail unit will perform in games or everyday use.
Does POCO’s larger screen outweigh the P4x battery?
The comparison lists a 6.9-inch LCD for POCO and a 6.72-inch LCD for realme, so the M8x is the larger-screen option on paper. Both display sizes are third-party reported, rather than confirmed here by manufacturer specifications.
Rank #2
realme officially promotes a 7000mAh battery for the P4x. The comparison does not provide independently confirmed battery capacity for the M8x, so there is not enough evidence here to make a battery-life comparison. Capacity alone would not establish actual runtime in any case.
Software support: what is reported, and what to verify
91mobiles lists two Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates for the P4x, against four OS upgrades and six years of security updates for the M8x. These are third-party-reported commitments, not manufacturer-verified policies in the cited material. Because the longer support period could change the value calculation substantially, confirm it on an official POCO India product page or support policy before buying.

Price difference in India
A crawled 91mobiles comparison snapshot lists the realme P4x at ₹21,939 on Amazon and the POCO M8x 5G at ₹19,995 on Amazon. That is a ₹1,944 lower listed price for the POCO in that snapshot, not a current price guarantee. The listing may change, and the figures do not establish that the compared phones have matching RAM and storage.
Before choosing on price, compare live India listings for the same memory and storage configuration, then check the seller and availability. A cheaper base configuration is not directly comparable with a higher-memory variant.

Which should you buy?
Choose the realme P4x 5G if
- You prioritize the listed chipset class and want the manufacturer-confirmed Dimensity 7400 Ultra.
- A 7000mAh battery, which realme promotes, is a key requirement.
- You want to consider the reported 6GB or 8GB RAM options, after confirming the exact variant offered by the seller.
Consider the POCO M8x 5G if
- You prefer the larger 6.9-inch display listed in the comparison.
- The lower price in the comparison snapshot is reflected in a current listing for the same RAM and storage tier.
- You have verified the reported four OS upgrades and six years of security updates with POCO, and that policy matters to you.
Both the POCO chipset and most of its other specifications in this comparison need confirmation against an official product listing. For a purchase decision, validate the exact model, regional variant, price, and support terms on the seller or manufacturer page.
