Which phone has the better display?
The vivo T5 5G has the larger and higher-resolution panel: 6.83 inches at 2800 × 1260, compared with the realme 16 5G’s approximately 6.57-inch, 2372 × 1080 screen. realme specifies a refresh rate of up to 120Hz; the cited vivo specification does not state a refresh rate, so that figure should not be inferred from this comparison.

The vivo T5 5G lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo, while the realme 16 5G lists a Dimensity 6400 Turbo with Mali G57 MC2 graphics. On the listed processor tier, vivo has the stronger specification. This is not a benchmark or gaming test: real-world speed also depends on software, thermal behavior, memory configuration and the apps being used.

The hardware gives vivo a dedicated ultra-wide option and listed OIS on its main camera, while realme has the higher megapixel count on the front camera. Megapixels alone do not establish photo quality, and these specifications do not show how the cameras perform in different lighting or for video. realme describes the phone as “India’s first Selfie Mirror Phone, designed for stunning self-portraits”; that is the company’s product wording, not an independent camera assessment.
Battery capacity and charging
vivo lists a 7050mAh battery and 44W FlashCharge. realme lists 7000mAh as typical capacity, with 6830mAh rated capacity, and 60W fast charging. The listed capacities are close; realme specifies the higher charging wattage. Neither capacity nor charging wattage alone establishes battery life or actual charging time, which vary with usage, charger and conditions.

What is the price difference?
A definitive price difference is not established because the available figures are not an apples-to-apples comparison and retail prices can change. The vivo India Store displayed ₹34,999 for the selected T5 5G 6GB+128GB configuration, with ₹49,999 shown as MRP on that listing. A 91mobiles comparison page displayed ₹36,490 at Amazon for the realme 16; this was a dynamic third-party marketplace-linked price, not an official realme price, and the cited realme configuration was not matched to vivo’s selected variant. Do not subtract the two displayed amounts and treat the result as the price gap.
