Which phone has the better display?
Choose realme for AMOLED
The realme 15T has a 6.57-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh and 1080 × 2372 resolution. realme publishes brightness figures of 1,400 nits HBM and 4,000 nits peak. These are manufacturer claims, and peak-brightness measurement methods may differ between brands.
Choose OnePlus for size and refresh rate
The OnePlus screen is larger at 6.72 inches and refreshes at up to 144Hz. That higher refresh rate may appeal if smooth motion is your priority; the realme’s AMOLED specification is the clearer distinction if display technology matters more. OnePlus lists 1,000 nits peak brightness.

Which phone has the better cameras?
Selfies: realme lists a higher-resolution front camera
realme specifies a 50MP front camera, compared with 8MP on the OnePlus. Both list 1080p front-camera video. The megapixel gap is a specification difference, not proof that the realme takes better-looking photos: processing, focus, exposure and low-light performance need direct comparison.
Rear video: OnePlus lists 4K
Both phones list a 50MP main rear camera and a 2MP depth camera. OnePlus advertises 4K recording at 30fps, while realme’s specification page lists recording up to 1080p. The OnePlus therefore has the higher listed rear-video resolution; megapixel count alone does not establish overall image quality.

Battery and charging: large capacities, faster listed charging on realme
realme specifies a 7,000mAh typical-capacity battery, with a 6,830mAh minimum, and 60W charging. Its product page says an 80W adapter is included. OnePlus specifies a 7,000mAh-class battery and 45W SUPERVOOC charging. On paper, realme has the faster charging specification, while both offer a high stated capacity. These figures do not establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use.

realme offers an option with 12GB RAM, versus 6GB or 8GB listed for OnePlus. That may matter if you specifically want the higher physical-RAM configuration, but compare the same storage and RAM tier when checking prices. The listed software differs too: realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 on realme, and OxygenOS 16 on OnePlus. The available specifications do not establish either phone’s software-support period.
Durability: compare ratings carefully
OnePlus specifies IP64 splash and dust resistance and says the rating is based on OnePlus Test Lab data, with experience potentially varying. A secondary comparison lists stronger IP ratings for the realme 15T, but the exact official realme rating and test conditions are not established here. Do not treat those secondary ratings as a confirmed direct durability win.
