These specifications are listed on the vivo/iQOO China product page. The manufacturer notes that system software and preinstalled apps reduce usable RAM and storage compared with the advertised capacities.

Display: 120Hz, but HD+ LCD resolution
The 6.74-inch panel is an LCD with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels. Its maximum refresh rate is 120Hz, but that does not make it a Full HD+ or AMOLED display: the listed panel is HD+ and HDR is unsupported. The specifications also list a 20:9 aspect ratio, 83% NTSC color coverage, 16.7 million colors and a 1500:1 contrast ratio.
Processor, memory and storage options
The Z11i uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, with two CPU cores listed at up to 2.2GHz and six at up to 1.95GHz, manufactured on a 4nm process. Graphics are handled by an Adreno 613 GPU. The China product page lists these configurations:

RAM is LPDDR4X and internal storage is UFS 3.1. Storage expansion is listed as supported, though the specification page does not identify the expansion method in the cited details.
Battery and charging
The battery is rated at 6,500mAh typical capacity and 6,355mAh rated capacity. Wired charging is listed at 15W through USB-C, and OTG reverse charging is supported. vivo/iQOO also claims up to 25.3 days of standby and up to 21 hours of VoLTE call time under laboratory-theory testing; these are manufacturer test claims, not independent or everyday-use battery measurements.
Camera specifications
The rear camera setup consists of one 13MP f/2.2 camera with autofocus and up to 10× digital zoom. The front camera is 5MP with an f/2.2 aperture. Both front and rear video recording are listed up to 1080p, while rear slow-motion recording reaches up to 720p. No additional rear camera is listed.

Imported-phone buyers should confirm the exact model’s bands, VoLTE and carrier support, warranty coverage and seller terms for their own market; these specifications alone do not establish compatibility with a particular carrier outside China.

Gadgets360 reported a China launch on 2 July 2026 and sale through Vivo’s online store in China. These are China prices, not India prices, and should not be treated as directly comparable with another country’s retail price without accounting for currency, taxes and local terms. A Gadgets360 model page updated 5 October 2026 reported “Launched in India” as “No”; this is a status reported on that date, not a guarantee of future availability. The phone’s listed dimensions are 167.40 × 77.10 × 8.39mm and its weight is 209g.
Protection claims and evidence limits
Gadgets360 reports IP65 dust and water resistance and SGS 5-Star drop/shock certification. Those claims were not present in the official specification lines cited here, so they should be understood as claims attributed to that report rather than independently verified durability test results. The available specifications and launch reporting do not establish hands-on performance, benchmark results, real-world battery life, camera image quality or independent durability outcomes.
How to assess the iQOO Z11i before buying
For a meaningful comparison with another phone, compare panel type and resolution as well as refresh rate; processor and RAM/storage configuration; battery capacity alongside charging wattage; camera count and resolution; and local network support and availability. Keep the price comparison within the same country and date. The iQOO Z11i is a distinct model; its name should not be confused with the iQOO Z11 or Z11x.
