You generally can’t legitimately bypass Google verification on an RCA tablet. After a factory reset, the tablet may ask for the Google account previously used on it—a theft-protection check often called Factory Reset Protection (FRP). The supported route is to recover and sign in with that account; if that does not work, contact RCA support with the tablet’s model number and the exact screen you see.
Why an RCA tablet asks for Google verification
Some RCA tablets request the Google account previously used on the device after a reset. This check is intended to prevent someone from setting up a device after resetting it without authorization. Google’s guidance about FRP is written for managed Android devices, so it does not establish every detail of how FRP works on each consumer RCA model. Google’s enterprise FRP documentation explains that a recovery-menu reset can trigger the protection when a Google account is present.

An Android Community response from a Product Expert Alumni also describes FRP as a security measure that can apply after a recovery-menu or Find My Device reset. That is a community response, not a formal Google policy statement. Read the response in the Android Community.
Recover the Google account used on the tablet
-
At the verification screen, identify the Google account that was used on the tablet before it was reset. If you are unsure which account it was, check the accounts you have used on the device.

Why another factory reset may not help
A factory reset is not a reliable way to remove Google verification. RCA warns that some of its tablets still request the previously used Google account after a reset. Its forgotten-screen-lock reset procedure also erases personal data. Repeating a reset can therefore erase data without resolving the account check. RCA’s locked-out tablet guidance explains the reset risk and account-recovery route.

Explain that the tablet is asking for the Google account used before the reset, and provide the model number and prompt details. Google’s enterprise documentation says to contact the manufacturer when a device is locked by FRP and enterprise FRP was not configured; that guidance is enterprise-focused and does not guarantee that RCA can unlock every consumer tablet.
