Buy an individual pan if your existing cookware covers the basics
If you only need a particular shape or size, the official collection also lists individual ceramic frying, sauté, and stir-fry pans, as well as a two-piece skillet set. Match the recipe’s oven temperature to the limit for the exact piece, and do not use the cookware temperature as a substitute for a lid specification.

Rachael Ray’s official collection page says: “The ceramic surface allows for the food to slide right off- even without a lot of oils or butter.” That is the brand’s description of the coating, not a reported independent test. The page’s promotional phrases “Feel-Good Nonstick,” “Safe for Families,” and “Built to Last” likewise do not establish independent safety or durability findings.
