Current guides describe collecting nine Spider Lilies as one step in Muzan’s demon quest. The wider progression is also reported to involve a Dr. Higoshima objective and Muzan’s Blood; follow the objectives shown in your active quest rather than assuming every step or requirement is unchanged. The reported count and quest details come from secondary guides, not official game documentation. Nerd’s Chalk and Slayers 2 Wiki cover the collection, while the Wiki says its guide was checked against v0.110 and notes the count is not officially confirmed.

Guides identify both red and blue Spider Lilies, and say either color advances the same objective. Interact with a flower and check the quest counter to verify pickup; control prompts may vary by platform or configuration. Bamboo Grove Sanctuary, including the nearby Water Training area, is the most consistently recommended starting cluster. The landmarks below are reported hotspots, not guaranteed fixed spawn points, so search around roots, bushes, flowers and rocks as well as along open paths. The route is assembled from the location recommendations in Games.gg.

- Confirm the quest: check that Muzan’s Spider Lily objective is active. Guides associate access with approximately -40 reputation, but this is a guide-reported condition, not official patch documentation.
- Travel to the grove: go from the main town through the Wilderness toward Bamboo Grove Sanctuary and Water Training.
- Set your return point: activate the crystal on the small river island. It gives you a convenient spawn for repeated runs.
- Sweep the nearby landmarks: check the central bridge and tree, shrine, waterfall tree, river island, lower and upper plateau, and Wano Gate area. Search around nearby vegetation, roots and rocks.
- Try a secondary sweep if needed: check the flower-covered outer ledge at Hidden Mist Village and the pillar near Thunder King Zentaro.
- Verify each pickup: use the active quest counter and repeat until it shows 9/9, if that is what your current objective requests.
- Reset an empty route: leave and join a different server rather than waiting at spots that have yielded nothing.
When to farm and how to reset
Guides disagree about timing. Games.gg and the Slayers 2 Wiki say lilies appear only at night, while AllThingsHow describes them as more frequent at night. No official game source establishes a night-only rule. To avoid empty searches, prioritize nighttime, complete a full sweep, and change servers if you find none.
