What the reported deal includes
The offer is for Plugable’s TBT4-UD5, a 13-port Thunderbolt 4 docking station. TechRadar’s October 6, 2026 report put the Amazon price at $169.95, compared with a stated regular price of $199.95. That is a $30 difference, approximately 15% of the regular price. This is a reported price rather than a live price check.

What the TBT4-UD5 offers
Plugable specifies 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4 bandwidth and power delivery of up to 100W, with 96W certified. The downstream Thunderbolt 4 port can provide 15W charging, according to Plugable’s product description. The dock is described as driverless.

Monitor support depends on your computer
The two HDMI outputs support up to 4K at 60Hz each, while the downstream Thunderbolt 4 port can connect a single display up to 8K. The number of displays you can actually use depends on the host computer’s video capabilities and configuration.

Plugable says dual displays are supported on Windows 10 and later systems with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 5, or USB4. Mac support varies by chip family: Plugable’s published guidance says base M1 and M2 Macs support one display, while base M3 systems can support two only in clamshell mode. Check Plugable’s display compatibility guidance and confirm your exact computer before relying on a particular monitor setup.
Is it a fit for your desk?
The TBT4-UD5 is most relevant if you want to connect a mix of displays, USB peripherals, memory cards, wired networking, and audio through one dock. Its 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4 connection and high-wattage power delivery may suit a laptop-based workstation, but the dock’s display support is not universal across computers. Confirm both monitor compatibility and charging needs before purchase, and compare the live price against the reported offer.
