पहले तय करें कि “सही size” से आपका मतलब क्या है
Screenshot का आकार capture के दायरे और pixel scale—दोनों से तय होता है। पहले यह चुनें कि आपको browser में दिख रहा हिस्सा चाहिए, पूरी scrollable page, या किसी खास element/region की image। इसके बाद CSS pixels या device pixels में output चुनें।

पूरी Hindi page का screenshot लेने का runnable Node.js तरीका
Playwright का Node.js package install करके नीचे की script चलाएँ। उदाहरण में viewport navigation से पहले सेट होता है, Hindi page load होने के बाद इस्तेमाल हो रहे fonts की readiness का इंतज़ार किया जाता है, और पूरी page CSS-pixel scale में लिखी जाती है।

Viewport, full page और चुने हुए हिस्से के विकल्प
सिर्फ visible viewport
सामान्य page.screenshot() लें या ऊपर की script में fullPage: true हटा दें। इससे केवल वर्तमान viewport capture होगा; viewport dimensions context में दिए गए width और height से नियंत्रित होंगे।
पूरी scrollable page
fullPage: true पूरी scrollable page को एक image में capture करता है। बहुत लंबी page होने पर output image भी लंबी होगी। यदि page में नीचे scroll करने पर ही content load होता है, तो capture से पहले उस content के load होने की पुष्टि करें; केवल font readiness उस content को load नहीं करती।

Output pixel size: CSS scale या device scale
Layout के आकार के अनुरूप एक CSS pixel प्रति image pixel चाहिए तो scale: 'css' चुनें। यह visual baselines और ऐसे output के लिए उपयोगी है जहाँ अपेक्षित dimensions CSS layout से मिलाने हैं। अधिक device pixels वाला output चाहिए तो scale: 'device' इस्तेमाल करें; इससे image file में pixels बढ़ सकते हैं। यह विकल्प screenshot के output scale को नियंत्रित करता है, page के CSS layout viewport को नहीं।

Hindi font ठीक से न दिखे तो क्या जाँचें
Screenshot से पहले document.fonts.ready await करने से document में इस्तेमाल हो रहे fonts के loading और उनसे जुड़े layout काम पूरा होने तक प्रतीक्षा होती है। यह font उपलब्ध होने, सही होने या अपेक्षित रूप से render होने की गारंटी नहीं देता। MDN पर Document: fonts property इसका व्यवहार समझाता है।

- Page की CSS में Hindi text पर लागू
font-familyकौन-सा है और क्या fallback fonts दिए गए हैं। - Browser के Network panel में font requests सफल हुई हैं या नहीं; failed या blocked font request का कारण देखें।
- Screenshot जिस operating system या container में चल रहा है, वहाँ अपेक्षित font उपलब्ध है या नहीं।
- क्या screenshot font readiness के बाद लिया जा रहा है और उसी page state में font वास्तव में इस्तेमाल हो रहा है।
document.fonts.ready capture से पहले font-loading race घटाने का उपाय है; यह खराब CSS, असफल network request या environment में font की अनुपलब्धता की मरम्मत नहीं करता।
Visual tests में screenshot दोबारा समान कैसे रखें
Screenshot rendering browser, operating system, fonts, settings, hardware और headless mode जैसे कारकों से बदल सकती है। Visual comparison के लिए baseline और नया screenshot समान browser तथा operating environment में बनाएं; browser या platform बदलने पर पुराने baseline को स्वतः समान न मानें। Playwright की Visual comparisons guide environment consistency के महत्व को समझाती है।

आम समस्याएँ और उनके समाधान
- Image अपेक्षा से छोटी है: बिना
fullPage: trueके capture केवल viewport लेता है। पूरी scrollable page के लिए यह विकल्प जोड़ें। - Image के pixel dimensions अपेक्षा से बड़े हैं:
scale: 'device'device pixels capture करता है। CSS-pixel आकार चाहिए तोscale: 'css'चुनें। - Viewport गलत है: context बनाते समय
viewportके width और height स्पष्ट करें, और page navigation से पहले context बनाएं। - Hindi font fallback या गलत दिखता है:
document.fonts.readyawait करें, फिर CSSfont-family, font request की सफलता और चल रहे OS/container में font availability जाँचें। Readiness खराब या अनुपलब्ध font को ठीक नहीं करती। - Visual test अलग environment में बदलता है: baseline और comparison को समान browser, OS, fonts, settings और headless mode में चलाएँ।
- Full-page image में नीचे का content नहीं है: जाँचें कि वह content scroll या interaction के बाद load तो नहीं होता। Capture से पहले page को उस state तक लाएँ जिसमें अपेक्षित content मौजूद हो।
