The Pixel 10 and Samsung Galaxy S25 FE are close in listed US starting price, but they suit different priorities: the Pixel is smaller and offers 5x optical telephoto, while the S25 FE has a larger display and a lighter listed weight. Google’s page showed the Pixel 10 at $649 promotional pricing ($799 regular) as of October 7, 2026; Samsung’s $649.99 figure is the S25 FE’s US launch starting price from September 4, 2025. These are not equivalent live checkout prices, so compare the same storage size and sales channel before buying.
Pixel 10 vs Galaxy S25 FE: US price difference
On the cited US manufacturer pricing, the difference is only 99 cents between Google’s $649 promotional Pixel 10 price and Samsung’s $649.99 S25 FE launch starting price. But Google’s figure is a promotion against a $799 regular price, while Samsung’s is a launch price—not a verified current retail offer. Google displayed the promotion as ending October 11, 2026, so it may no longer apply when you shop. Check current prices, availability, and whether a listing is unlocked or carrier-specific.

Which phone fits your priorities?
Choose the Pixel 10 if you want a smaller phone or longer optical zoom
Its 6.3-inch display makes it the more compact choice, and its listed 5x optical telephoto lens reaches farther optically than the S25 FE’s 3x telephoto. That is a hardware distinction, not proof that its photos are better overall. Google also lists 12GB RAM, compared with Samsung’s 8GB, but memory and processor names alone do not establish which phone performs better in everyday use.

- Google Pixel 10 Pro is the ultimate Pixel experience, featuring advanced AI with Gemini, unbelievable camera quality, impeccable design in two sizes, and the next-gen Google Tensor G5 chip[1]
- Unlocked Android phone gives you the flexibility to change carriers and choose your own data plan[2]; it works - Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers
- Get a head start on syncing your data before it even arrives: After you purchase your new Pixel, look for an email that explains how to transfer your photos, videos, passwords, and more in just a few quick steps[11]
- Pixel’s pro camera system makes everything look amazing, even in low light; capture more of the scene with advanced Google AI models, and bring out incredible details with 100x Pro Res Zoom, stunning 50 MP images, and super steady videos in 8K[10]
- Pixel 10 Pro is built with durable aluminum and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for scratch and drop resistance; the 6.3-inch Super Actua display with 3,300-nit peak brightness is easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight[3,13,18]
Choose the Galaxy S25 FE if you prefer a larger display
The S25 FE’s 6.7-inch screen provides more viewing area than the Pixel’s 6.3-inch panel. Samsung lists it at 190g, lighter than the Pixel’s 7.2oz (about 204g), despite the larger display. Its camera specification lists a higher maximum zoom number—up to 30x digital zoom—but that is not the same as longer optical reach or a measure of image quality.
Consider support and connectivity in context
Both manufacturers promise long software support, but describe it differently. Google specifies seven years of OS, security, and Pixel Drop updates. Samsung specifies seven OS generations and seven years of security updates, counted from global launch. The wording does not make the time periods directly interchangeable. Both list Wi-Fi 6E; the Pixel lists Bluetooth 6 and dual eSIM, while Samsung lists Bluetooth 5.4 and 5G/LTE. Confirm local network bands and SIM configuration for the exact model you plan to buy.

Battery, charging and durability: what the specs do—and do not—tell you
The typical battery capacities are close: 4,970mAh for the Pixel 10 and 4,900mAh for the S25 FE. Capacity alone cannot predict which lasts longer; the cited specifications do not provide a controlled head-to-head runtime result.
The charging percentages above are manufacturer claims under their stated conditions, not comparable battery tests. Google specifies a 30W USB-C PPS charger or higher for its wired charging claim; Samsung’s 45W adapter is sold separately. Check charger compatibility and any required cable before relying on those rates.
Rank #4
- Capture stunning photos with features like night sight, portrait mode, and HDR+.
Both phones are rated IP68, but water resistance is not permanent protection and should not be treated as an invitation to expose either phone to water. Samsung specifically notes that resistance can diminish and describes its rating in terms of lab-tested freshwater submersion conditions.
What this comparison cannot establish
The published specifications do not settle which phone takes better photos, runs faster under sustained load, lasts longer on a charge, or is easier to repair. Those questions require comparable independent testing; the listed camera megapixels, zoom ceilings, chip names, and battery capacities are not substitutes for it. US prices and specifications may also differ from those in other regions.
