The Google Pixel 10 Pro is the better fit if you want a smaller 6.3-inch phone, Qi2 wireless charging and Google’s Pixel software. The OnePlus 15R suits buyers who prefer a much larger 6.83-inch screen, high refresh rates in supported apps and a larger stated battery capacity with 55 W wired charging. Those specifications do not establish which phone lasts longer, runs faster or takes better photos in everyday use.

Which phone is the better size and screen fit?
Choose Pixel 10 Pro for a smaller display
At 6.3 inches, the Pixel is the more compact option on paper. Its LTPO OLED panel has a listed 1–120 Hz refresh range and 1280 × 2856 resolution. Google lists peak brightness up to 3,300 nits.

The OnePlus has a 6.83-inch display at 2800 × 1272 resolution. Its adaptive refresh-rate options reach 165 Hz, but the 144 Hz and 165 Hz modes apply only in listed apps; the maximum rate is not a promise that every app or activity will use it. OnePlus lists 1,800 nits HBM brightness.

- Unlocked Android phone gives you the flexibility to change carriers and choose your own data plan[2]; it works - Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers

The brightness figures use different labels—Google’s peak brightness and OnePlus’s HBM—so they are not a like-for-like brightness test. Pick based on screen size and the supported refresh behavior you value, rather than treating the figures as a direct ranking.
Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers do and do not tell you
Google lists a typical 4,870 mAh battery for the Pixel 10 Pro; OnePlus lists a typical 7,400 mAh battery for the 15R. These are capacity figures, not controlled battery-life results. Screen size, refresh behavior, network conditions, software and workload all affect runtime, and the cited specifications do not show which phone lasts longer in a direct test.
The charging options differ more clearly. The Pixel supports Qi2-certified wireless charging up to 15 W. Google says it can reach up to 55% in about 30 minutes using a 30 W USB-C PPS charger or higher; that charger is sold separately. The OnePlus lists 55 W SUPERVOOC wired charging, and separately says it can support up to 80 W with its named 100 W dual-port GaN adapter. Check which adapter is included or available in your market before assuming either quoted rate applies to your purchase.

Performance and storage: compare specifications, not a benchmark winner
The Pixel uses Google Tensor G5. The OnePlus lists Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 12 GB LPDDR5X Ultra memory and 256 GB or 512 GB storage. Those platform names and configurations do not by themselves show which phone is faster in games, sustained workloads or daily use. The available specifications do not provide a standardized head-to-head benchmark for these exact models.

OnePlus specifies a 50 MP Sony IMX906 main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. Google’s Pixel specifications identify its camera system and modes; consult the Pixel 10 Pro specifications page for those details.
These hardware lists are not controlled photo comparisons. Megapixel counts alone do not establish detail, color, low-light performance, video quality or consistency, and the cited material does not establish a fair camera-quality winner between the two phones.
Price difference: compare current, equivalent configurations
Price figures available for these phones come from different contexts and should not be subtracted to claim a current gap. Google’s U.S. Store page displayed $849, with $999 also shown as the prior price. TechRadar reported U.S. OnePlus 15R launch prices of $699.99 for 256 GB and $799.99 for 512 GB, with shipping reported to begin in January 2026. The Google figure is a storefront display; the OnePlus figures are historical launch prices, not verified current offers.
For a useful comparison, check both phones on the same day in your country and match storage capacity. Taxes, carrier compatibility, retailer offers and regional variants can change the amount you actually pay. The detailed OnePlus specifications cited above are from its U.S. site, so buyers elsewhere should verify their local model.
Which one should you buy?
- Pick the Pixel 10 Pro if you want the smaller 6.3-inch format or Qi2-certified wireless charging and prefer Google’s Pixel software.
- Pick the OnePlus 15R if a 6.83-inch screen, adaptive refresh rates up to 165 Hz in supported apps, or 55 W SUPERVOOC wired charging better match your priorities.
- Do not decide from battery capacity, processor names or camera megapixels alone. The cited specifications do not settle real-world endurance, sustained performance or comparative photo quality.
- Before paying, confirm your region’s exact storage variant, carrier compatibility and current price for both models.
Specifications and store information were checked against the cited manufacturer pages in 2026; the OnePlus launch prices are from a 2025 TechRadar report.
