The notice points to the September 21 Persona X-Stream for the code but does not print the code itself, so there is no verified code string to enter here. This offer uses the Official Store present-code route; it is separate from the in-game Exchange Code feature, which SEGA Support says currently has no active codes.
What active Persona5: The Phantom X codes are available?
The latest reviewed official global notice, for Ver. 4.10, advertises a present code that grants 100 Marthym’s Stamps. The offer deadline is October 15, 2026, at 1:59 AM UTC. SEGA’s notice says the code was revealed during the September 21 Persona X-Stream, but the notice itself does not include the code text. Read the Ver. 4.10 update notice and check the official broadcast or a regional official announcement for the exact string before trying to redeem it.

Do not confuse this campaign with an “Exchange Code.” SEGA Support’s Exchange Code page says there are currently no active Exchange Codes; that status concerns the in-game PC feature, not the separate Official Store present-code offer. SEGA Support: Exchange Code

How the in-game Exchange Code feature works
If you have a valid Exchange Code, SEGA Support’s steps are to open the in-game smartphone menu with the bottom-right icon, choose Exchange Code, and enter the code. SEGA says this feature is available on PC versions, including Steam and Google Play Games, but not on iOS, iPadOS, or Android. Its support page currently reports no active Exchange Codes.

The Ver. 4.10 notice says Marthym’s Stamps are event-exclusive and become invalid when the Purchase Rewards event ends. It directs players to Shop > Purchase Rewards for the event details, but does not state that event’s end time. Check the in-game event information rather than assuming the code-claim deadline is also the Stamps’ validity deadline.
