SEGA lists standard, Digital Deluxe, Digital Premium and Limited Box editions, but its Japanese product page does not spell out what the three higher-priced tiers contain. Until your local store shows those contents, the standard edition is the only option whose value can be assessed from the available details.

These are not directly comparable formats: the standard listing covers packaged and download versions, while the other two named digital editions are digital tiers and the Limited Box is separately named. The page does not itemize the latter three editions, so their names alone do not establish whether they include add-ons, physical items, or other extras. SEGA’s Japanese product listing

PlayStation 5
If you want a boxed copy, compare your local standard packaged listing with the digital editions available in your PlayStation Store region. SEGA says a PS5 packaged release is planned, but the Japanese listing does not establish local price, retailer stock, or whether a particular store carries the higher tiers. Buy Deluxe or Premium only after checking the SKU contents in your own store.

SEGA lists Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Windows and Steam among the platforms. Compare the digital purchase option on the store you use with Game Pass access where available to you. What game are the editions for?
SEGA describes Persona 4 Revival as a full remake of Persona 4 The Golden, with modernized visuals, interface, battles and events. The company presents it as accessible to newcomers as well as a new experience for original fans. Those are the publisher’s descriptions, not a basis for paying extra for an edition whose contents have not been itemized. SEGA product listing SEGA’s June 9, 2025 announcement
