People are playing Insomniac’s Marvel’s Wolverine on PC through unofficial experiments, but that is not the same as an authorized PC release. Is Marvel’s Wolverine officially available on PC?

Why are people playing it on PC?
Recent reports describe two distinct kinds of unofficial PC activity. One is a claimed attempt to port the game; the other runs the PS5 game through an emulator. Neither report establishes an authorized retail PC release.

What the PC reports do—and don’t—show
The two routes are easy to confuse in clips or screenshots, but they are technically different: a purported port aims to make the game run as PC software, while emulation attempts to run the PS5 game on a PC. The reports establish neither a reliable way to play nor Sony or Insomniac authorization. In particular, the claimed port’s technical identity is disputed in the report, and the emulator result cited there ran at single-digit frame rates.

For the official supported release described by Sony, the platform is PS5. Insomniac’s October 6, 2026 support note for version 1.002.000 lists stability improvements and fixes for community-reported crashes and bugs.
