A $34.97 offer was attributed to PCWorld on October 11, 2026, but that price is not confirmed as available now: PCWorld Shop displayed $49.99, while PDNob’s own store displayed $64.99 before tax for a lifetime individual license. Check the live offer and checkout terms before buying.
What PDNob Pro says it can do
PDNob markets a mix of conventional PDF tools and AI features. Its advertised capabilities include editing text, images and links; converting files; OCR for scanned pages; annotating and rearranging pages; compressing PDFs; working with forms and signatures; and using AI to chat with documents, summarize them, translate text and explain content. These are product descriptions, not independent test results. PDNob’s product page and PCWorld Shop’s listing describe the feature set.

That combination may suit someone who wants document editing and AI-assisted Q&A in one workflow. It does not establish how accurately the AI answers questions, how faithfully conversions preserve complex layouts, or how the software performs against other editors.
Why the $34.97 price needs checking
The $34.97 figure comes from an exact-title search result attributing the offer to PCWorld on October 11, 2026; the underlying PCWorld article was not independently opened. Other retrieved prices differed: PCWorld Shop displayed $49.99, and PDNob’s official purchase page displayed $64.99 before tax for a lifetime individual license. Prices and promotions can change, so treat $34.97 as a reported offer, not a guaranteed checkout price.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Check platform and workflow fit before paying
PDNob’s official site lists Windows, Mac and iOS availability; the PCWorld Shop listing specifies Windows, macOS and iPhone. The sources do not establish that every feature or license inclusion works identically across platforms. Confirm platform-specific support for the tasks you need.
- Editing: Check whether you need to change existing text and images or mainly add comments and markups.
- Scans: Confirm OCR is available on your platform and that any usage limits suit your volume.
- Conversion: Identify the formats you need and test a representative file if output layout matters.
- AI: Check what AI access is included, whether credits or a separate subscription apply, and whether the limits fit your expected use. Marketing claims do not establish answer accuracy.
- Devices and storage: Verify simultaneous-device terms, cloud storage and the service’s privacy terms for documents you handle.
- Payment terms: Distinguish a perpetual license from a one-year plan, and read the applicable seller’s redemption and refund rules.
The available product and retailer descriptions establish advertised features and plan terms, not a verified head-to-head performance result. A sensible buying decision depends on your actual files and whether editing, OCR, conversion or AI document chat is the feature you will use most.
