To connect Powerbeats Pro to a Samsung device, put both earbuds in their open charging case, hold the case’s system button until the LED blinks, then select Powerbeats Pro in Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. Tap Pair if prompted.

Press and hold the system button inside the case until the LED blinks. The blinking light indicates the earbuds are ready to pair with another device. Apple’s Powerbeats Pro instructions document this pairing action.

On your Samsung phone or tablet, open Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is on. Samsung’s Galaxy Bluetooth instructions use this path to connect an accessory.

Under available devices, tap Powerbeats Pro. If a confirmation appears, tap Pair.

Play audio to check that the connection works.
Samsung menu names and screen layouts can vary by model and software version. The route above is the documented Galaxy setup flow; your screen may look different.

Powerbeats Pro is missing from the available-device list

Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the Samsung device.

Keep the charging-case lid open and hold the system button until the LED blinks. The earbuds must be in pairing mode for the Galaxy device to detect them. See Samsung’s Bluetooth setup guidance and Apple’s Powerbeats Pro pairing instructions.

A previously paired connection is not working
Remove the saved connection, then pair again:

On the Samsung device, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.

Open the settings for Powerbeats Pro and choose Unpair.

Put the earbuds back into pairing mode and repeat the setup steps above. Samsung recommends removing a saved Bluetooth connection and pairing the device again when a previously working connection fails. Samsung’s Bluetooth troubleshooting guide provides additional steps.

The connection still fails
Restart the Samsung device and try pairing again. If that does not help, Samsung documents resetting the device’s Bluetooth settings as a later troubleshooting step. This reset also removes saved Wi-Fi and other connection information, so you may need to reconnect to networks and pair other devices afterward. Follow the applicable instructions in Samsung’s troubleshooting guide before using the reset.

Pair directly or use the Beats app?

The app is optional; you can pair directly through Samsung’s Bluetooth settings. The available instructions do not establish that every Powerbeats Pro feature works on every Samsung model, so do not assume that connecting the earbuds provides feature parity with Apple devices.
