To pair JLab wireless earbuds, put them into pairing mode, turn on Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, or computer, then select the Bluetooth entry that matches the earbuds’ model name. The exact power-on and reset steps vary by model, so use the instructions below for the common flow and check your model’s JLab support page before using a specific button or tap sequence.
Pair JLab earbuds with a phone, tablet, or computer

Follow the setup instructions for your model. Remove any setup stickers or pull tabs if present, then take the earbuds out of the case or turn them on as directed.

Wait for the earbuds to enter pairing mode. On several JLab models, a blue-and-white blinking light indicates readiness, but the indicator and activation steps are not identical across all models.

Choose the Bluetooth entry that matches the product name, such as “JLab GO Air Sport,” “JLab Epic Air Sport,” or “JLab JBuds Air Pro.”

If the earbuds reconnect to a device you used before, turn off Bluetooth on that device or disconnect the earbuds there, then try pairing again with the intended device.

Pairing steps differ by JLab model
GO Air Sport
Remove the setup stickers, put both earbuds back in the case and close it, then take them out. JLab says one earbud should blink blue and white when it is ready to pair. Select “JLab GO Air Sport” in your device’s Bluetooth menu. See JLab’s GO Air Sport support guide.
Epic Air Sport
Press and hold both earbuds’ power buttons for at least two seconds. JLab’s guide describes the left earbud turning solid white and the right one blinking blue and white; then select “JLab Epic Air Sport” in Bluetooth settings. See JLab’s Epic Air Sport support guide.
These are model-specific examples, not universal instructions. For a different JLab model, check its support guide for the correct pairing control and indicator.

Choose the right Bluetooth entry; the app is optional
For ordinary audio pairing, select the product name without “-BLE” if two similar entries appear. JLab describes the “-BLE” entry as communication for its app. The app is not required to pair earbuds to a phone, tablet, or computer. If you saved the “-BLE” entry by mistake, forget it in Bluetooth settings and connect to the regular product-name entry instead. See JLab’s explanation of Bluetooth and BLE entries.

If only one earbud connects, the earbuds appear as separate devices, or pairing fails, forget the saved JLab entry in your device’s Bluetooth settings first. Then reset the earbuds using the procedure for the exact model. JLab’s general reset instructions list a seven-tap-per-earbud method for many models, but list a case-button method instead for GO Pods ANC, Flex Open Earbuds, JBuds Pods ANC, and Epic Pods ANC. Do not use a reset sequence on a model that is not listed without checking its model guide. See JLab’s reset guide.

JLab presents this as the GO Air Pop procedure, though its support page says it may also resolve common pairing problems with other JLab true wireless earbuds. Check the model guide before applying it elsewhere. See JLab’s GO Air Pop support guide.

Other model-specific reset differences
JLab’s GO Air Sport guide also describes forgetting the saved entry and tapping each earbud seven times, with blue flashes to confirm the reset. For Epic Air Sport, JLab specifies four taps per earbud instead. Those different counts make the model name important: use the sequence in the matching support guide rather than assuming all JLab earbuds reset the same way.
If the earbuds still do not turn on
If the earbuds do not light up when removed from the case after a reset, a Bluetooth reset may not address the problem. JLab’s GO Air Pop support page directs users in that situation to contact support about possible warranty options; it does not establish that a reset will fix charging or hardware failures.
