1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsPageCrawl.io and Urlbox solve different problems, so their prices are not directly comparable: PageCrawl.io monitors pages for changes, while Urlbox renders webpages as screenshots through an API. Choose based on whether your startup needs change alerts or screenshot assets, then compare the relevant usage limits and confirm the final India checkout price.
PageCrawl.io and Urlbox price different kinds of work
PageCrawl.io’s plans are framed around the number of pages monitored, checks performed, and how often checks can run. Urlbox’s screenshot API plans are framed around monthly renders, request throughput, and rendering capabilities. A monitoring check is not equivalent to a screenshot render; comparing only the starting price can lead to choosing a service that does not do the job you need.

- Choose PageCrawl.io if the central requirement is to track selected pages over time and learn when they change. Evaluate monitored pages, monthly checks, check frequency, history retention, collaboration, integrations, and support for hard-to-access sites.
- Choose Urlbox if your product or workflow needs webpage screenshots rendered through an API. Evaluate render volume, request-per-minute limits, third-party capture allowances, rendering features, and the limits relevant to your pages.

These are vendor-published figures from PageCrawl.io’s pricing page; verify current prices, limits, and plan inclusions before subscribing because they can change. PageCrawl.io says annual billing provides up to two months free compared with monthly billing. The pricing page also says prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. It lists optional paid add-ons for hard-to-access sites.
#1 Best Overall
PageCrawl.io’s payment help page lists credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and says bank transfers and purchase orders are available on annual Ultimate. The pricing page says annual Ultimate customers can arrange bank transfers, wire/ACH, purchase orders, and invoicing through support. These vendor-reported terms do not establish whether a particular payment route is available to every Indian subscriber.
How much does Urlbox cost?
Urlbox’s published Screenshot API pricing lists monthly tiers by render volume. Its Business plan uses a base-plus-volume structure, while Enterprise pricing starts at the stated amount.
Rank #2
| Plan | Published price | Published render allowance |
|---|---|---|
| Lo-Fi | $19/month | Up to 2,000 renders |
| Hi-Fi | $49/month | Up to 5,000 renders |
| Ultra | $99/month | Up to 15,000 renders |
| Business | $498/month, with base-plus-volume pricing | Not stated as a single fixed allowance in the published pricing summary |
| Enterprise | From $3,000/month | Not stated as a single fixed allowance in the published pricing summary |
Urlbox’s Screenshot API pricing page also differentiates tiers by request-per-minute limits, third-party capture allowances, rendering features, support, and trial conditions. The page says prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate and presents annual options; check the current page for the terms that apply to your chosen plan.
Urlbox’s pricing FAQ says failed requests are not charged when no image is returned. It says Render Links cache is 30 days by default and cached screenshots served from Render Links do not count toward plan quota, whereas a new render or REST API render does count. The FAQ also says over-quota usage may be upgraded to the next tier and usage alerts are sent at 80%, 90%, and 100%. Confirm these billing and cache rules against the live terms before relying on them for a budget.

Which plan makes sense for an Indian startup?
If you need to monitor competitor, supplier, or product pages
Start with the number of pages that must be watched and the interval at which a change matters. Then check monthly check allowances, history retention, collaboration, integrations, and whether your target sites need a paid hard-to-access-site add-on. PageCrawl.io’s plan ladder is designed around those monitoring requirements; its free tier may be useful for a small initial set of pages, while the paid limits vary substantially by plan.
If your app needs screenshot output
Estimate how many new renders you need in a typical month and at peak times. Compare the plan’s render allowance and request throughput, then confirm the capabilities needed for the pages you capture, including third-party captures and rendering limits. If repeat delivery of a cached Render Link is part of your workflow, distinguish that from generating a fresh render or making a REST API render when forecasting quota.
Rank #4
Do not convert one vendor’s unit into the other’s
PageCrawl.io checks and Urlbox renders are different usage units, serving different outcomes. A startup needing both ongoing change detection and generated screenshot assets may need to evaluate each workload separately rather than treating one service’s plan as a substitute for the other.
Budget the India checkout amount, not just the USD list price
The published prices are USD list prices. PageCrawl.io says prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout; Urlbox says prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate. The published pricing information does not establish the final INR amount, checkout currency, conversion rate, or Indian indirect-tax treatment. Review the checkout total or ask the vendor for a current quote before committing. Compare billing periods consistently: PageCrawl.io’s paid monthly equivalents above are tied to annual billing, while Urlbox displays monthly prices and also offers annual options.

If your startup’s requirement is webpage screenshot rendering rather than monitoring changes, try ScreenshotNeo first: it offers clean shots, bills only clean shots, and has a $5 paid plan for 3,000 shots. It is a separate alternative, not a like-for-like replacement for PageCrawl.io’s monitoring workflow.
One GET request returns an image or PDF. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for parameters and response details.
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
ScreenshotNeo accepts cookie or consent banners like a visitor and removes 60+ known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; each step can be turned off. Bot checks/CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers identify the page verdict and billing status. It also has an MCP server for Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients, with tools for screenshots, page information, and PDFs. The free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots. Sign up for 1,000 free screenshots a month, with no card required.
