The published policy does not set out a separate India-only refund rule, even though OneStream’s India purchase guide tells customers to use UPI.
Can Indian subscribers get a OneStream Live refund?
OneStream Live’s published policy says subscriptions are generally non-refundable. It says it does not provide prorated refunds or credits for a billing period that has already started. That includes unused or forgotten subscriptions, and dissatisfaction where the subscriber has not first contacted support.

OneStream says it may review certain cases individually, including service failures, a cancellation request that was not processed, and unauthorized transactions. A review is not a promise of a refund: the outcome may be a refund or another resolution, and is not guaranteed. The policy reviewed does not specify a special refund entitlement for Indian subscribers. Read OneStream Live’s refund policy.
How to cancel before the next renewal
- Sign in to your OneStream Live account and open your profile avatar.
- Select Account Settings, then open Billing.
- In the Subscription Plan section, click Manage.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation prompts.
Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next monthly or yearly charge. Follow the prompts through to confirmation, and keep any confirmation or cancellation email. OneStream’s instructions are available in its cancellation guide.

What happens to access and billing after cancellation?
Cancellation stops future billing; it does not end paid access immediately. You can continue using the subscription through the end of the current billing period. OneStream’s pricing FAQ says the account moves to the free plan after that period ends. Canceling does not create a prorated refund or credit for the remaining time in a billing period.
How to request an exception or report an unauthorized charge
Ask OneStream to review your case
Email [email protected] with the email address on your OneStream account, the reason for your request, and relevant supporting material. Depending on the issue, that could include an invoice, screenshots, or proof that you previously requested cancellation. OneStream says eligible cases are reviewed individually; it does not guarantee a particular resolution.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized
Contact OneStream support and notify your bank or payment provider promptly, as the policy instructs. The published material does not establish how quickly a payment provider may process a reversal.

Should you cancel or pause?

What Indian subscribers should know about UPI
OneStream’s India purchase guide names UPI as the preferred payment method for purchasing a subscription. It does not explain whether every Indian account uses the same payment route, whether a UPI mandate must also be canceled through a bank app, or how quickly a payment provider processes a reversal. Do not assume that canceling a OneStream subscription automatically cancels a separate payment mandate. Check your OneStream billing page and ask OneStream support for instructions specific to your account. The India purchase guide covers the purchase route, not an India-specific refund entitlement.
