OnePlus lists a 5,500mAh typical-capacity battery and 100W SUPERVOOC wired charging. The company reports a full charge in 29 minutes from 1% using its official charger, with the screen off and ambient and device temperatures around 25°C; its test was dated February 29, 2024. OnePlus says real charging results vary with conditions and use, so this is a controlled manufacturer result rather than a guaranteed charge time for every owner. Is the OnePlus Nord CE4 worth buying?
The Nord CE4 is a plausible shortlist choice if you want the combination of a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a large stated battery, high-rate wired charging and storage expansion. The shared SIM/card slot matters if you need two active SIMs, and the charging claim should be read as a manufacturer test result—not a promise of the same time in daily use.
Whether it is a good buy now cannot be settled by its 2024 launch price.
