The OnePlus 13s is the better fit if you want a more compact phone and a 2× telephoto camera; the iQOO 15R offers a larger, faster-refresh screen, a higher listed battery capacity and charging wattage, and an ultra-wide camera. In the India listings captured in October 2026, their prices were close, so the choice comes down more to size and features than to a large price gap.
OnePlus 13s vs iQOO 15R specifications
The specifications below combine a 91mobiles comparison listing with iQOO’s India store listing. The iQOO store confirms its own listed specifications; the OnePlus figures here come from the comparison source.

How the phones differ in everyday use
Size and screen
The 13s has the smaller listed display at 6.32 inches, compared with 6.59 inches on the 15R. That makes the OnePlus the natural starting point if you prefer a more compact handset; the iQOO gives you more screen area and a higher listed refresh rate, 144Hz versus 120Hz. A higher refresh rate is a specification, not a guarantee that every app or task will look or feel different.

Battery and charging
The 15R is listed with a 7,600mAh typical battery and 100W charging, against 5,850mAh and 80W for the 13s. Those figures give iQOO the lead in rated capacity and charging wattage, but do not establish how long either phone lasts for a particular person. Screen brightness, connectivity, apps and other settings affect real-world endurance.
Camera choices
The secondary cameras serve different purposes. The OnePlus listing includes a 50MP 2× optical telephoto camera, which is intended for closer framing without relying only on digital cropping. The iQOO store lists an 8MP ultra-wide alongside its 50MP OIS main camera, giving you a wider field of view. Choose based on whether you are more likely to photograph distant subjects or fit more into a scene; megapixel counts alone do not establish overall image quality.
Performance and benchmarks
Both phones are listed with high-end Snapdragon processors, but the available benchmark results do not produce a single clear winner. In 91mobiles’ reported results, the iQOO 15R scored 3,078,708 on AnTuTu against 2,581,355 for the OnePlus 13s, while the OnePlus scored 6,047 in Wild Life Extreme against 5,071 for the iQOO. These are source-reported test results, not a controlled comparison of sustained performance or a prediction for every workload.

Prices below are snapshots reported in October 2026, not guaranteed live offers. The 91mobiles comparison page displayed Amazon India prices of ₹54,999 for the OnePlus 13s and ₹53,990 for the iQOO 15R; the extract does not specify the storage configuration for those Amazon figures. Separately, iQOO’s India E-Store listed the 8GB/256GB 15R at ₹53,999, with an MRP of ₹69,999.

The captured figures show the phones near one another in price, but they are not a like-for-like price comparison across confirmed configurations.
Quick Recap
Which one should you choose?
