The OnePlus 13 is the better fit if you want a large, high-resolution screen; the vivo X300 FE is the more compact phone and lists a larger typical battery. Their camera specifications and chipset names differ, but the available figures do not establish which takes better photos or lasts longer in comparable use. India price listings also reflect different sellers and configurations, so the displayed gap is not a like-for-like deal comparison.

OnePlus 13 vs vivo X300 FE: specifications at a glance

The figures below come from the manufacturers’ regional specification pages: OnePlus North America and vivo Europe. They describe those markets, not every regional variant, and are specifications rather than independent test results.

Which phone suits your screen and handling preference?

Choose the OnePlus 13 for a larger, sharper display

Its 6.82-inch panel has a higher listed resolution and pixel density than the vivo’s 6.31-inch screen. That makes the OnePlus the more suitable option on paper for readers who prefer a generous display for video, games or multitasking. Its listed weight is also higher, at 210 g or 213 g depending on color.

Choose the vivo X300 FE for a more compact design

The vivo is narrower in screen class and lighter on the cited page at 191 g. If easier one-handed handling and a smaller screen matter more than maximum display area, its listed dimensions and weight point in that direction.

Chipsets, battery capacity and charging

Different processors and listed configurations

The OnePlus North America page names the Snapdragon 8 Elite and lists 12/256 GB and 16/512 GB options. vivo Europe lists the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 with 12/512 GB. These pages cover different regions, so they do not establish what memory, storage or retail package is available in every country.

Battery figures are not endurance test results

OnePlus lists a 6000 mAh dual-cell battery. vivo lists 6500 mAh typical capacity and 6350 mAh rated capacity. The vivo figure is higher on paper, but capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in daily use; no controlled, head-to-head battery test is available here.

Charging claims depend on the stated accessories

OnePlus specifies 80 W SUPERVOOC and says charging can reach up to 100 W with its 100 W Dual Ports Adapter; it also lists 50 W AIRVOOC wireless charging. vivo lists 90 W FlashCharge and 40 W wireless charging. vivo notes that actual charging power varies, and its 40 W wireless charging requires the compatible charger and cable it specifies. Confirm adapter inclusion and compatibility for your local package.

Camera hardware: compare the layouts, not just megapixels

Both phones list 50 MP main and telephoto cameras. The OnePlus adds a 50 MP ultrawide, while vivo lists an 8 MP ultrawide and a 50 MP front camera; OnePlus lists a 32 MP front camera. These resolutions describe hardware, not the resulting photo quality. Without comparable camera tests, they do not prove that either phone takes better pictures.

vivo’s India product page also describes compatibility with a ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, which is sold separately. It is an optional accessory for buyers interested in that telephoto setup, not a standard included camera.

India price difference: what the available listings show

Prices below are snapshots accessed on 2026-10-04, not guaranteed current checkout prices or manufacturer launch prices.

Listing and market Displayed price Configuration and qualification
OnePlus 13 via Croma, India; shown by 91mobiles ₹57,994 Configuration not stated in the cited price snapshot
vivo X300 FE via Amazon, India; shown by 91mobiles ₹94,999 Configuration not stated in the cited price snapshot
vivo India store ₹89,999, against displayed MRP ₹109,999 Selected 8 GB + 256 GB item on the store page

The two retailer-linked amounts on 91mobiles differ by ₹37,005, but they are not a reliable like-for-like price gap because the configurations and live checkout terms are not matched. The vivo store price is a separate listing for 8 GB + 256 GB, while the European specification page lists 12 GB + 512 GB. For a fair comparison, check the same Indian storage tier with each seller and compare the final price after any bank, exchange or bundled offer. Sources: 91mobiles comparison page, accessed 2026-10-04; vivo India store, accessed 2026-10-04; and vivo Europe specifications.

For context only, an Android Central review published in May 2026 reported launch-price context of €999 in Austria and ₹79,999 in India for the X300 FE. Those dated figures are not substitutes for current offers. Android Central’s May 2026 review.

How to decide between them

  • Prioritize screen size and resolution: the OnePlus 13 has the larger, higher-resolution panel.
  • Prioritize compact handling: the vivo X300 FE is smaller by screen size and lighter on the cited regional pages.
  • Compare the exact camera use you care about: the hardware layouts differ, but megapixel counts do not settle image quality.
  • Before buying in your country: verify network-band compatibility, warranty, charger inclusion, available memory configuration and current software details for the local model. Regional pages and packages can differ.
