OnePlus 13 vs Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: Specs Compared and Price Difference

OnePlus 13 leads on several published hardware specifications, while the Galaxy S25 FE is thinner and lighter. A fair price gap requires matched market and storage.

The OnePlus 13 has the stronger published hardware on paper: a larger, sharper display, higher-tier listed chipset, more rear-camera resolution, bigger battery and faster charging. The Galaxy S25 FE is thinner and lighter. Those specifications do not prove which phone takes better photos or lasts longer in everyday use, and a meaningful price difference depends on matching country, storage, seller and date.

OnePlus 13 vs Galaxy S25 FE: key specifications

The figures below come from OnePlus’s North American specifications and Samsung’s US announcement unless otherwise attributed. They are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent test results.

Specification OnePlus 13 Samsung Galaxy S25 FE
Display 6.82-inch QHD+, 3168 × 1440; dynamic 1–120Hz refresh (OnePlus specifications) 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X; up to 120Hz (Samsung US announcement)
Chipset and memory Snapdragon 8 Elite; 12GB or 16GB RAM; 256GB or 512GB storage (OnePlus specifications) Exynos 2400 and 8GB RAM, according to 91mobiles (91mobiles comparison)
Rear cameras 50MP main, 50MP 3x optical telephoto, 50MP ultrawide (OnePlus specifications) 50MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom (Samsung US announcement)
Battery and charging 6,000mAh typical capacity; 80W SUPERVOOC wired and 50W AIRVOOC wireless. OnePlus specifies its 100W rate with the SUPERVOOC 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter (OnePlus specifications; OnePlus launch announcement) 4,900mAh; wired charging up to 65% in around 30 minutes with a 45W adapter. The adapter and 5A cable are sold separately (Samsung US announcement)
Dimensions and weight 162.9mm high, 76.5mm wide, 8.5mm or 8.9mm thick, and 210g or 213g depending on finish (OnePlus specifications) 161.3 × 76.6 × 7.4mm; 190g (Samsung US announcement)

What the display and chipset differences mean

OnePlus lists a higher resolution and slightly larger screen, as well as a refresh rate that can dynamically range from 1Hz to 120Hz. Samsung lists a 120Hz maximum and FHD+ resolution. The listed figures favor the OnePlus for screen size and pixel detail; they do not establish brightness, color accuracy, outdoor visibility or overall display quality in use.

OnePlus’s North American page specifies Snapdragon 8 Elite and configurations with 12GB or 16GB of RAM. The S25 FE’s Exynos 2400 and 8GB RAM figures come from 91mobiles, not the cited Samsung announcement. A difference in chip or memory specifications alone is not a controlled performance comparison: no benchmark or sustained-use test is established here.

Camera hardware is not a photo-quality verdict

On the listed rear-camera hardware, the OnePlus 13 has three 50MP cameras, including a 3x optical telephoto. Samsung lists a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide and 8MP telephoto, also with 3x optical zoom. Megapixel counts do not show how well either phone handles focus, motion, low light, color or video. Deciding which camera system performs better requires comparable image and video testing.

Battery capacity, charging and accessories

The OnePlus 13’s listed typical battery capacity is 6,000mAh, compared with 4,900mAh for the S25 FE. Capacity is not the same as measured battery life; the figures do not establish which phone lasts longer between charges under a given workload.

OnePlus lists 80W wired SUPERVOOC and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, while Samsung states that the S25 FE can reach up to 65% wired charge in around 30 minutes using a 45W adapter. These are not directly comparable charging tests: the stated rates and conditions differ. Samsung says its 45W adapter and 5A cable are sold separately. OnePlus says its 100W charging rate requires the named OnePlus SUPERVOOC 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter, so check the exact rate and accessory requirements for the configuration and market you are buying.

Which phone is thinner and lighter?

The S25 FE is substantially thinner and lighter in the cited specifications: 7.4mm and 190g, versus the OnePlus 13’s 8.5mm or 8.9mm and 210g or 213g depending on finish. The OnePlus is marginally narrower in the listed measurements but taller. If pocket weight or a slimmer profile matters most, Samsung has the clear listed advantage.

What is the price difference?

There is no dependable current price gap without choosing a country, storage capacity, seller and date. The 91mobiles India comparison page showed a snapshot of ₹57,994 for the OnePlus 13 at Croma, ₹58,999 for the Galaxy S25 FE at Amazon and ₹57,999 for the Galaxy S25 FE at Flipkart. That page view does not establish equivalent storage variants, and the offers are from different sellers, so these figures are not a controlled or current like-for-like comparison.

To compare prices use the same country and storage tier, then compare either manufacturer list prices or offers from comparable sellers. Record the check date and whether taxes, trade-ins or promotions affect the displayed total. Without those details, an exact current difference cannot be stated.

Software support and water resistance

The cited primary-source specifications do not establish comparable software-support periods for both phones, so no support-duration winner can be named from this information. OnePlus’s launch announcement claims IP68 and IP69 ratings for the OnePlus 13. The cited Samsung US announcement does not establish an S25 FE water- or dust-resistance rating, so that comparison remains unstated here.

Which one should you choose?

  • Consider the OnePlus 13 if its larger, higher-resolution display, listed Snapdragon 8 Elite platform, three 50MP rear cameras, larger stated battery capacity or faster listed charging options are your priorities—and verify the exact adapter and configuration for your market.
  • Consider the Galaxy S25 FE if a thinner, lighter phone matters more, or if its price is better for the same storage tier at a comparable seller.
  • Do not decide on price from mismatched offers: use the same country, storage, seller basis and date, and account for taxes or promotions.
