The OnePlus 13 emphasizes a high-resolution display and faster-rated charging, while the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL offers a 5x telephoto camera and an explicit seven-year update commitment. The headline specifications are close enough in some areas—and different enough in others—that the better fit depends on what you value. Google announced a US launch price of $1,199 for the Pixel 10 Pro XL in August 2025, but available sources do not establish a current, like-for-like price gap between the phones.

OnePlus 13 vs Pixel 10 Pro XL: specification comparison

The figures below are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent measurements. Screen brightness, battery capacity and charging rates do not by themselves establish real-world performance.

Which phone has the better display?

The OnePlus 13 has a slightly larger listed diagonal: 6.82 inches versus 6.8 inches for the Pixel 10 Pro XL. It also has the higher stated resolution and pixel density. Both list an adaptive 1–120 Hz refresh range, while their manufacturers publish different peak-brightness figures. Those specifications describe different aspects of a display; they do not settle which screen looks better in everyday use.

OnePlus lists up to 4,500 nits peak brightness, compared with Google’s up to 3,300 nits. Peak-brightness figures are manufacturer claims, not a standardized comparison of sustained brightness under identical conditions. Screen preference also depends on factors not captured by diagonal size or pixel count.

How do their processors, memory and storage compare?

The OnePlus 13 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL uses Google’s Tensor G5. The listed configurations give the Pixel 16 GB of RAM across its storage options; the North American OnePlus listing pairs 12 GB with 256 GB or 16 GB with 512 GB. Processor names and memory amounts alone do not prove which phone is faster for a particular game, app or workload. That requires controlled testing.

Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers tell you

OnePlus lists a 6,000 mAh battery, 80 W wired charging and 50 W wireless charging for its North American model. Google lists a 5,200 mAh typical battery for the Pixel 10 Pro XL, wired charging at up to 45 W with a suitable USB-C PPS adapter, and Qi2 wireless charging up to 25 W.

Google’s stated charging guidance is up to 70% in about 30 minutes when using a 45 W USB-C PPS charger or higher; that adapter is sold separately. The two phones’ battery capacities and charging ratings are not battery-life or charging-time tests performed under the same conditions. They cannot establish which phone lasts longer in a day or completes a full charge sooner in actual use.

Camera differences: 3x versus 5x telephoto

The rear-camera lineups differ most clearly at the telephoto lens. OnePlus describes a 50 MP 3x triprism telephoto alongside 50 MP main and ultrawide cameras. Google lists a 48 MP 5x telephoto, 50 MP main and 48 MP ultrawide, and advertises Pro Zoom up to 100x.

These figures describe camera hardware and a zoom feature, not comparative photo quality. Megapixels or maximum zoom range alone cannot show which phone takes better portraits, performs better in low light or preserves more detail at a given zoom. Those conclusions require comparable image testing.

Software support and long-term ownership

Google explicitly promises seven years of Pixel Drops, operating-system updates and security updates for the Pixel 10 generation in its launch announcement. The cited OnePlus sources do not establish an equivalent support duration for the OnePlus 13, so they do not support a direct comparison of update lifespans.

What is the price difference?

Google announced a US starting price of $1,199 for the Pixel 10 Pro XL at launch in August 2025. That is a historical launch price, not a statement of its current retail price. The cited official sources do not establish a directly comparable OnePlus 13 launch MSRP or current street price, so a reliable present-day dollar difference cannot be calculated from them.

For a useful local comparison, check both phones’ current prices in the same country and match storage capacity where possible. Retailer discounts, availability and regional configurations can change the result; do not treat the Pixel’s launch price as the amount it costs today.

Which phone should you choose?

  • Consider the OnePlus 13 if its listed 6.82-inch higher-resolution display, 6,000 mAh battery or faster-rated wired and wireless charging are the specifications that matter most to you.
  • Consider the Pixel 10 Pro XL if you want a 5x telephoto camera, Google’s listed Pro Zoom feature, or a clearly stated seven-year update commitment.
  • Compare current local prices before deciding if cost is decisive. The available launch-price figure and specification listings are not enough to establish today’s price difference.

Neither phone can be declared the overall performance, battery-life or camera winner from these manufacturer specifications alone. Those claims need controlled, independent testing.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
