Rockstar’s official description introduces Jason and Lucia and sets the story in the fictional state of Leonida, which includes Vice City. The page says: “Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them.” That is the published premise; the date milestone itself does not signal a new story reveal.

Check platform and account region before choosing a boxed code
A boxed copy is not a disc-based backup or a disc you can lend: it is a box with a digital code. Rockstar Support explains that redemption can depend on the region associated with the platform account and recommends buying from a retailer in the account’s country to reduce activation problems. Its regional availability and code-redemption guidance describes different rules for Xbox and PlayStation, so check it before purchasing a code across borders.
