Which phone has the better camera?
Choose the 4a Pro for listed telephoto reach
Nothing lists a periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom on the 4a Pro, alongside a claim of up to 140x zoom. The periscope hardware makes it the more telephoto-oriented option on paper. The maximum zoom figure is not equivalent to 140x optical zoom, and it does not establish the quality of images at that magnification.
#1 Best Overall
- [Compatibility] Designed for Nothing Phone 4a Pro for great protection. NOTE: Not for Nothing Phone 4a / 3 / 3a / 3a Pro. Designed with thoughtful 2.5D curved edges, compatible with most phone cases. Please kindly check your device model before purchasing
- [Easy Installation] Come with an easy installation tool. Allow you to align precisely and install the screen protector quickly without leaving any air bubbles
- [Premium Material] Built with 9H tempered glass. Highly protect the screen from unwanted scratches and abrasions
- [Ultra Clear & Highly Sensitive] Deliver a near-bare-screen viewing experience with crystal-clear clarity. Offer instant, accurate touch response for smooth swiping and touching
- [Anti-Fingerprint] The hydrophobic and oleophobic coating effectively prevents the residue of fingerprints, oil and watermark from gathering on the screen
The 4b has a main-and-ultra-wide setup
The 4b’s published rear-camera details emphasize a 50 MP OIS main camera and a 119-degree ultra-wide camera. That setup is suited to comparing standard wide and wider framing needs, but the listed resolution and lens specifications alone cannot determine which phone takes better photographs overall.
Front-camera figures are not a quality verdict
Nothing lists a 32 MP, 89-degree front camera for the 4a Pro and a 16 MP front camera for the 4b. More megapixels do not by themselves prove better selfies or video; image processing, sensor performance, and real-world results are not established by these specifications.
How do the displays compare?
Nothing lists the 4a Pro with a 6.83-inch 1.5K flexible AMOLED panel and adaptive refresh up to 144 Hz. The 4b listing specifies a 6.77-inch Super AMOLED panel with adaptive refresh up to 120 Hz. On paper, the Pro has the larger screen and higher maximum refresh rate. Those figures do not substitute for independent checks of brightness, color accuracy, or outdoor visibility.

Battery and charging depend on region
For most regions, Nothing lists 5,080 mAh for the 4a Pro and 5,200 mAh for the 4b. Its pages give India-only capacities of 5,400 mAh and 6,000 mAh, respectively. Match the figures to the market where you are buying; these capacity numbers alone do not establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use.
The charging statements are also not directly comparable: Nothing lists 50 W fast charging and says the 4a Pro can provide a day’s power in under 30 minutes, while its 4b claim is reaching 50% in under 30 minutes. These are manufacturer claims framed differently, not results from a shared charging test.

Which one should you choose?
- Consider the 4a Pro if a dedicated periscope camera and its listed 3.5x optical zoom, a larger display, or the higher stated refresh rate are priorities.
- Consider the 4b if its main-and-ultra-wide camera arrangement fits your use better, or if its current local price makes it the stronger value for your needs.
- Check before buying which regional battery version is sold locally, the exact storage configuration, and the current same-market prices.
- Review update terms if long-term software support is decisive: Nothing states 3 OS-update years and 6 security-update years for the 4a Pro, while the same duration was not established for the 4b in the captured official information.
No independent head-to-head testing or benchmark results are established by these product specifications. For a decision based on photo quality, battery life, or screen performance rather than listed hardware, use current independent reviews that test both models under comparable conditions.
