The Nothing Phone (3a) Pro and OnePlus N6 5G prioritize different hardware: Nothing lists a dedicated 50 MP periscope telephoto camera, while OnePlus announces a much larger 8,000 mAh battery. Their published prices also come from different markets—a €459 starting price on Nothing’s European page and India-only N6 launch prices—so they do not establish a direct or current price gap.

How do their prices compare?
Nothing’s European product page lists the Phone (3a) Pro at a starting price of €459. That is a European-listed starting price, not a verified live transaction price for every country. OnePlus announced the N6 in India at ₹22,999 for 4 GB + 128 GB and ₹24,999 for 6 GB + 128 GB. The announcement also gave eligible-bank effective launch prices of ₹20,999 and ₹22,999 respectively. These are 2026 India launch figures, not confirmed current prices.

Because the figures use different currencies, regions, dates and configurations, subtracting or converting them would not produce a meaningful price difference. Which phone has the more useful camera hardware?
The clearest stated camera distinction is the Nothing’s 50 MP periscope telephoto camera, listed in addition to its 50 MP OIS main camera. OnePlus’s cited N6 announcement lists a 50 MP main camera but does not identify a telephoto camera. That is enough to distinguish the published hardware information, but not to conclude that one phone takes better photos: sensor details and megapixels do not replace side-by-side image testing.
Which has the bigger battery, and what does charging wattage tell you?
OnePlus announces an 8,000 mAh battery for the N6, compared with the Phone (3a) Pro’s listed 5,000 mAh capacity. The Nothing has the higher stated charging power—50 W versus 45 W SUPERVOOC for the N6. Capacity and rated wattage alone do not establish how long either phone lasts in use or how quickly it charges; those outcomes depend on testing conditions and other factors not established by these figures.
Display and processor differences
Both phones are listed with 120 Hz displays. Nothing specifies a 6.77-inch FHD+ flexible AMOLED panel with adaptive refresh, while OnePlus lists a slightly larger 6.8-inch display and claims peak brightness up to 1,200 nits. The cited N6 announcement does not provide a resolution or panel type, so those characteristics cannot be compared from these details.

The cited Nothing price is from its European product page. OnePlus’s N6 announcement is India-focused and says open sale would begin July 4, 2026, at 12:00 AM IST through OnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store App, Amazon.in, OnePlus Experience Stores and selected offline retailers across India. The announcement does not verify present stock or availability in other countries.
Outside India, confirm that the exact N6 model is sold for your market, supports the network bands you need, and has local warranty and service coverage before ordering. The same local-price and support checks matter when buying either phone across regional markets.
Quick Recap
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro if a dedicated periscope telephoto camera is a priority and its current local price, warranty and availability suit you.
- Consider the OnePlus N6 5G if its announced 8,000 mAh capacity is more important to you, and you can verify that the India-focused model is appropriate and supported where you live.
- Compare before buying if your decision depends on real-world battery life, camera quality, speed or a precise price gap; the specifications and launch prices above do not settle those questions.
