Where the specifications differ
Screen and processor
Nothing Phone (3) has a 6.67-inch display, compared with Xiaomi 17T’s 6.59-inch panel. Both are listed as AMOLED screens with refresh rates up to 120Hz, but the resolution figures differ. The processor names identify different platforms; these specifications alone do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use or sustained workloads.

Memory and storage
Both phones are listed with 256GB and 512GB storage choices, but the listed RAM differs at 512GB: Nothing pairs it with 16GB, while Xiaomi lists 12GB. Confirm the exact configuration sold in your region rather than assuming every market offers both variants.
Cameras
Xiaomi’s telephoto camera is listed with 5x optical zoom; Nothing’s telephoto camera is listed as 3x. Nothing also lists a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP front camera, while Xiaomi lists a 12MP ultrawide and a 32MP front camera in the 91mobiles comparison. Megapixel counts and zoom specifications do not prove which phone takes better photos: the available figures are not results from a controlled, side-by-side camera test.

Battery and charging
Xiaomi lists a 6,500mAh typical-capacity battery and 67W HyperCharge; Nothing’s reviewed configuration is listed with a 5,150mAh battery, 65W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Capacity and charging ratings are not a direct measure of real-world battery life or charging time, which depend on usage and conditions.

A 91mobiles India comparison listing accessed in 2026 showed Nothing Phone (3) at ₹51,999 and marked it out of stock, while Xiaomi 17T was listed at ₹69,999 on Amazon. These are volatile listing snapshots, not guaranteed offers. The page does not establish that the prices are for the same storage tier, so the ₹18,000 difference between the displayed figures is not a dependable like-for-like price comparison. Check current stock and the exact variant before using either price to decide.

For another market reference, Tom’s Guide reported Nothing Phone (3) launch prices of $799/£799 for 12GB/256GB and $899/£899 for 16GB/512GB. Those US and UK launch prices are not current matched-market prices and should not be compared directly with the India listings.

Choose Xiaomi 17T if
- You prioritize the published 6,500mAh typical battery capacity or 67W wired charging.
- You want a telephoto camera listed with 5x optical zoom.
- The 12GB RAM and storage configuration available locally suits your needs.
Choose Nothing Phone (3) if
- You prefer its slightly larger 6.67-inch display.
- A listed 50MP front camera or 15W wireless charging matters to you.
- You want the 16GB RAM option paired with 512GB storage, if that configuration is sold in your market.
These are feature-based reasons, not a claim that either phone is categorically better. Specifications do not settle real-world performance, camera quality or battery endurance.

Check regional details before buying
Availability, warranty, connectivity, adapter contents and prices depend on the market. Xiaomi’s UK specification page says a power adapter is not included in the box and recommends a Xiaomi 67W adapter or above; do not assume the same packaging applies in other countries. Xiaomi also directs buyers to local market terms. Verify the offer, storage variant, included accessories and local support with the seller before checkout.
