Display
Both phones list AMOLED panels with a 120Hz maximum refresh rate. The Nothing Phone (3) is the larger of the two at 6.67 inches, compared with 6.59 inches for the V70. The pixel counts are also different, 1260 × 2800 for Nothing and 2750 × 1260 for vivo, which reflects how each brand orders its dimensions on its spec sheet. Peak brightness figures are not compared here, because the published values were not measured under matching conditions.
Cameras
On paper, the two phones take different approaches. Nothing uses three 50MP rear cameras, and its periscope lens is the main point of difference, offering 3x optical zoom. vivo uses a 50MP main camera and a 50MP telephoto camera, both with OIS, and adds an 8MP ultrawide. Both phones list a 50MP front camera. vivo’s India page describes its selfie camera as part of a ZEISS imaging system. That is vivo’s own marketing description, not an independent evaluation.
Battery and charging
vivo lists a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W FlashCharge for the V70. Nothing did not state a battery capacity on the India product page reviewed, so the two batteries cannot be compared on capacity. Nothing promotes wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging. A large battery figure and a fast wired charging rating do not predict real-world battery life, which depends on screen settings, network conditions, and usage, and no independent battery test is included here.

Durability
vivo’s India specifications list IP68 and IP69 ratings for the V70. vivo notes that these ratings were achieved under controlled laboratory conditions and that water and dust resistance can decline with everyday use. The Nothing India page reviewed did not state a comparable rating, so the durability comparison is one-sided on the published information. Readers who expect to use the phone around water should check Nothing’s current official specifications before buying.
Software
The Nothing Phone (3) runs Nothing OS, which is built on Android. The version number was not stated on the product page reviewed.
