The choice is between Nothing Phone (3)’s larger 6.67-inch display and three 50MP rear cameras, including a 3x optical-zoom periscope, and OPPO Reno15 Pro Mini 5G’s smaller 6.32-inch display, 200MP main camera and higher stated battery capacity. OPPO’s India launch prices were ₹59,999 for 12GB/256GB and ₹64,999 for 12GB/512GB, but those January 2026 prices are not a current like-for-like price comparison. Check both phones’ live listings at the same storage capacity before deciding on value.

Which phone has the better screen size?
The 6.32-inch OPPO is the more compact option on display size; Nothing’s 6.67-inch screen gives more physical viewing area. Both are AMOLED panels with refresh rates listed up to 120Hz, though Nothing states a 120Hz rate while OPPO says “up to” 120Hz. Resolution figures are 1216 × 2640 for OPPO and 1260 × 2800 for Nothing. The specifications do not provide a like-for-like basis for declaring one brighter or better overall.
How do the cameras differ?
Nothing Phone (3): three 50MP rear cameras
Nothing lists a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP periscope camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide. Its front camera is also 50MP. The periscope’s stated 3x optical zoom is a specific advantage for framing distant subjects without relying solely on digital enlargement.

OPPO Reno15 Pro Mini: 200MP main camera
OPPO lists a 200MP OIS main camera, plus 50MP ultra-wide and telephoto rear cameras, and a 50MP front camera. That gives the OPPO the higher main-camera resolution on paper, while Nothing explicitly specifies 3x optical zoom for its periscope camera.
Megapixel counts and camera labels alone do not show which phone produces better images. No controlled head-to-head camera test is established here, so choose by the camera hardware and zoom role you value rather than treating 200MP as proof of superior results.

Battery capacity and charging
OPPO states a 6200mAh typical battery capacity and 6035mAh rated capacity for the Reno15 Pro Mini. Nothing Support gives Phone (3) a 5150mAh capacity. OPPO also lists support for up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging. Nothing says a full charge takes about 60 minutes with its official charger under its stated conditions, and recommends a PPS-protocol charger for optimal charging; charging time depends on charger protocol and temperature. These figures do not substitute for a comparable battery-runtime test, so they cannot establish which phone lasts longer between charges.

A reliable current price difference cannot be stated from the available figures: Nothing’s India product page points buyers to Flipkart but does not establish a current price, and OPPO’s launch prices cannot be directly compared with an undated or different-capacity listing. For a fair comparison, match RAM and storage, check the price on the same day, and confirm the seller and warranty. OPPO’s two launch prices are included only as dated reference points—not as today’s quote. [OPPO India launch announcement; Nothing India product page]

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose Nothing Phone (3) if you want the larger 6.67-inch display or specifically value a periscope camera with stated 3x optical zoom. Check its current same-capacity price before treating it as the better-value option.
- Choose OPPO Reno15 Pro Mini 5G if you prefer the smaller 6.32-inch screen, place more weight on its higher stated battery capacity, or want a 200MP main-camera specification. Those numbers do not prove longer real-world battery life or better photos.
- When prices are close, compare the same storage tier and verify the retailer, seller and local warranty. Confirm current software-support policies directly with both manufacturers if long-term updates matter.
The listed specifications show different priorities, not a tested overall winner. No controlled head-to-head performance, camera or battery comparison is established here.
