If you can’t log in to NewsBreak Ads Manager, first go to admanager.newsbreak.com and use the same sign-in method you used when you created the account. Then check whether the issue is account verification, a different sign-in method, a Creatify connection error, or business verification: each has a different next step.
1. Confirm the Ads Manager address and sign-in method
NewsBreak directs advertisers to admanager.newsbreak.com. Use the email and password or other sign-in method you originally used to create the account. NewsBreak’s general account guidance warns that choosing Google after signing up with an email and password can open a separate account rather than the original one; this guidance is not specific to Ads Manager.

If the login succeeds but you do not see the expected advertiser account, check whether you signed in with a different method or email before assuming the account or its campaigns are missing.

2. Check whether a new account still needs email verification
NewsBreak’s Ads Manager account setup uses an email and password followed by email verification. If you recently registered and cannot get in, look for the verification message in your inbox, spam, or promotions folder. If the link has expired, resend the verification email and use the new link.

If you entered the wrong email during signup, NewsBreak says you may need to create a new account or contact support for help. Avoid creating another account unless you have confirmed the original signup used the wrong address.
3. If the problem happens while connecting Creatify
The following browser suggestions are documented for the NewsBreak Ads Manager–Creatify connection flow, not as universal fixes for every Ads Manager login failure.

“Authentication Failed”
NewsBreak suggests clearing the browser cache or trying an Incognito or Private window when this error appears during the Creatify connection.
“Infinite loading loop”
For this Creatify connection symptom, NewsBreak suggests turning off a VPN and/or using Chrome. If the same issue occurs when you are signing in directly to Ads Manager rather than connecting Creatify, these suggestions are not established as a general fix.

4. If business verification blocks access to advertising
Business verification is required to run ads. If verification fails, compare the business details you entered with your official website and submitted documents. Make sure documents are complete and legible. If the dashboard shows an Upload Documents option, use it to submit materials for manual review.
A rejected ad account may not display that upload option. In that case, contact NewsBreak advertising support at [email protected]. Include the account email, business name and address, company identification number, and relevant company documents, as requested by NewsBreak’s business verification guidance.

5. Contact support if the account still will not open
NewsBreak’s reviewed Ads Manager guidance does not provide a dedicated password-reset procedure or list every possible login error. If the checks above do not match your situation, contact advertising support rather than guessing at the cause. Explain what happens, identify the sign-in method and email you used, and include a screenshot of the error if available.
