| Unit | Role stated in the preview | What the preview does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Ephoroi Venatari-Proconsul | Commands forces from the skies. | Stats, weapons, points, unit composition, and battlefield performance are not stated in the preview. Warhammer Community, 18 September 2026. |
| Hykanatoi Proconsul-Delegate | Is suited to leading smaller armies. | Stats, weapons, points, unit composition, and battlefield performance are not stated in the preview. Warhammer Community, 18 September 2026. |
Those brief role descriptions support a comparison of intended command context—sky-based forces versus smaller armies—but not a judgment about which option is more efficient, durable, or damaging. The official preview does not provide the numbers needed for those comparisons.
