Netflix’s synopsis describes the premise as: “Shape the fate of the Grishaverse. Travel war-torn Ravka and choose which powers prevail in this interactive adventure based on the fantasy series.” The design therefore emphasizes narrative decisions and exploration instead of competitive play or a persistent shared world.
Can you still play it before removal?
Yes, provided you meet Netflix’s access and device requirements and install the game before the shutdown date. Netflix currently lists the title in its games catalog. Members receive the mobile games without advertisements, extra game fees or in-app purchases.

- Update the phone or tablet to the required operating-system version.
- Install Enter the Fold from Netflix Games while it remains listed.
- Open the game once with an internet connection so the installation and account checks can complete.

Why is Netflix removing the game?
Netflix has announced the removal date, but the available information does not establish a verified reason. There is no confirmed player-count, revenue or licensing data explaining the decision. It would be speculation to say that the game failed, that rights expired or that a particular business strategy caused the shutdown.
The timing does provide franchise context: Netflix canceled the live-action Shadow and Bone series after two seasons in November 2023, the same month the game launched.
